Effect Of Perioperative Blood Transfusion On Prognosis Of Patients With Bladder Cancer After Radical Resection

Objective:Objective to investigate the effect of perioperative blood transfusion on the prognosis of patients with radical resection of bladder cancer.Methods:a retrospective analysis of 139 patients received radical resection of bladder cancer,the perioperative blood transfusion group 118 cases and non transfusion group in 21 cases,tumor recurrence rate and overall survival of the two groups of patients after surgery,postoperative lymph node enlargement and metastasis without other organ metastasis and analysis of prognostic factors.Results:26 patients in operation area near the lymph nodes(24 cases of vs without blood transfusion group group 2 cases,?~2=4.949,P<0.05),23patients were found in other organ metastases(18 cases of vs without blood transfusion group group 5 cases,?~2=3.860,P<0.05),28 cases of patients with urinary tract epithelium tumor recurrence(24 cases of vs without blood transfusion group group 4 cases,?~2=4.450,P<0.05).The survival of patients with radical resection of bladder cancer(?~2=7.564)compared with that of non transfusion group was higher than that in the non transfusion group(P<0.01).The difference of prognosis between different blood transfusion(F=4.497,P<0.01),the greater the amount of blood transfusion,the worse the prognosis.Conclusion:Perioperative blood transfusion is an independent risk factor affecting the prognosis of patients with bladder cancer.The greater the amount of blood transfusion,the shorter to overall survival of patients.Its impact strength is not affected by other factors.This provides some references to the clinical use of blood transfusion and appropriate treatment.
