| objective: Researching efficacy and safety of Yang Yan capsule about the patiens with hypomenorrhea who are in line with TCM syndromes about about Qi Blood deficiency and blood stasis,to provide the evidence for its clinical application.Methods: This topic selected 288 patients who admitted in the obstetrics and gynecology department and in line with TCM syndromes about about Qi Blood deficiency and blood stasis from December 2016 to February 2017,according central stratification,block randomization,double-blind methods,the 288 patients were randomly assigned to a ratio of 3: 1 to 216 in the experimental group and 72 in the control group.Test group: When menstrual clean start taking menstruation beauty capsule,4 capsules,3 times a day,continuous take 21 days,withdrawal period;while taking mimetic agent of Bazhenyimu capsule;and taking a total of three menstrual cycles;Control group: When menstrual clean start taking Bazhenyimu capsule,3 capsules,3 times a day,continuous take 21 days,withdrawal period;while taking mimetic agent of menstruation beauty capsule;and taking a total of three menstrual cycles.we can observe the change of uterine endometrial thickness before and after ovulation by color Doppler ultrasonography in two groups,while The level of basal hormones in the menstrual period before and after medication was observed in the two groups of women by endocrine hormone test;before medication we should improve thyroid function testing;Before taking the drug and after taking the drug,we have to conduct blood tests,liver and kidney function,blood clotting items,routine urine,and electrocardiogram.As while as testing safety indicators and record concomitant medications and adverse events.Results: The experimental group actually completed 203 cases of the trial and lost 13 cases,and the control group actually completed 67 trials and lost 5 cases.(1)There were no differences in the composition of the two groups in terms of age,nationality,occupation,marital status,BMI and maternal history(P>0.05).The two groups of patients in the medication compliance was no significant difference(P> 0.05),and the two groups of patients with drug compliance are more than 80%.(2)The pictorial blood loss assessment chart scores(PBAC)of the two groups were gradually increased after treatment,and both were greater than 25 points,there was significant statistical difference in the increase of PBAC scores(P<0.05),and the PBAC scores in the test group were higher than those in the control group.group.(3)TCM syndrome scores of two groups of patients decreased gradually.At the end of the third treatment,TCM syndrome scores of the experimental group is lower than the control group,there was statistical difference(P< 0.05),which indicated the improvement of TCM syndromes about Qi blood deficiency and blood stasis in the experimental group is better than that of the control group.(4)At the end of the treatment,the recovery rate,the escalation rate,and the total effective rate of the experimental group were higher than that of the control group.The total effective rate of the TCM syndrome score of the experimental group-menstruation beauty capsule was 86.60%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group-Bazhen Yimu capsule treatment of the effective rate of 79.37%.(5)The efficacy of TCM syndromes in the test group-menstruation beauty capsule was slightly better than that of the control group.Among them,the test group-menstruation beauty capsule for the dark complexion,dark spots,the cure rate was as high as 96.73%,significantly higher than that of the control group(90.14%),there was a significant statistical difference(p<0.05).(6)The levels of female endocrine hormones were improved after treatment in both groups,and the thickness of the endometrium was higher than before taking drugs,after menstruation menstruation after normalization rate was increased.There was no statistical difference(p>0.05).The efficacy of the test group was superior to that of the control group.Conclusion: Menstruation beauty capsule can significantly increase the amount of menstruation,so that the normal menstrual flow,and improve Qi blood deficiency and blood stasis of TCM Syndrome,which dull,pigmented female patients can own beauty freckle when taking it.(2)Menstruation beauty capsule can improve the level of female endocrine hormones,increase the thickness of the endometrium,improve the rate of recovery after menstruation,correct the late menstruation.(3)Using Menstruation beauty capsule to treatment patients with hypomenorrhea who are in line with TCM syndromes about about Qi Blood deficiency and blood stasis are safe and effective,it can be widely used in clinical. |
