Observation On The Clinical Effect Of Huangyugao On The Treatment Of Psoriasis Vulgaris

Objective:To observe the curative effect and adverse reaction of Huangyugao on psoriasis vulgaris.Research methods:Sixty patients with psoriasis vulgaris were selected and randomly divided into two groups.There was no significant difference in age and sex between the two groups,and there was no statistical difference in Yanzhongchengdu before treatment.All patients were treated with traditional Chinese medicine before going to bed.After the fumigation was completed,the affected area of the treatment group was treated with yellow Peony cream.The control group affected area was coated with compound flumethasone ointment once a night,and 10 days were a course of treatment.,a total of three courses of treatment.All the patients came to our hospital every 10 days.Each time,they were observed by the same doctor to record the patient's treatment response,calculate the related score,and record the related cases of adverse reactions in detail.After all the treatment is over,the clinical efficacy is determined and the results are analyzed.Results:1.On the 10 th day of treatment,the PASI score and skin loss score of the two groups of patients were all lower than before the treatment,and the score difference between the two groups was not statistically significant(P > 0.05);2.On the 20 th day of treatment,the PASI score and skin loss score of the two groups of patients decreased compared to the treatment on the 10 th day,and the score difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P 0.05),and the treatment group was superior to the control group;3.At 30 days of treatment,PASI score and skin loss scorein the two groups decreased compared to 20 days of treatment,and there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups(P > 0.05);4.After the treatment,the score of itching degree of the two groups was significantly reduced,and the difference was statistically significant compared with that before treatment(P 0.05);5.After the treatment,the efficiency of the treatment group and the control group were 93.3,90.0,respectively,and the difference between the two groups was not statistically significant(P> 0.05).Conclusions : The efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation combined with Huangyu ointment in the treatment of common psoriasis was not much different from that of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation combined with compound flumethasone ointment.The side effects were very small,indicating that both the treatment group and the control group could effectively reduce psoriasis patients.Yanzhongchengdu and improve the itch condition of patients.No special adverse reactions were observed in the second group of patients.The treatment effect and safety of these two methods are worthy of affirmation and can be used as a reference in clinic.
