Clinical Study Of Cordyceps Mycelium Powder Treated On Cancer-related Fatigue With Lung Cancer-related Qi Deficiency

Objective:According to a prospective study of Cordyceps mycelium powder treated on lung cancer-related Qi Deficiency,the curative effects,the relationship with cordyceps mycelium powder and the cytokines,thyroid functionwere be investigated.And The objective was to provide the basis for clinical application of Cordyceps mycelia dry powder in cancer-related fatigue.Methods:90 cases with advanced lung cancer-related Qi Dificiency were be collected,and divided into two groups randomly including the control group and the treated group.The changes of the TCM syndrome score,quality of life score,safety evaluation,the cytokins and hematological indicators were be observed before and after treating in two groups.Results:1.The symptoms of fatigue in the two groups were improved after the treating.The effecti-ve rate of the treated group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.The TCM syndrome in the two groups were improved after the treating.The effective rate of the treated group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.The TCM syndrome scores of the treated group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.The quality of life of the treated group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).5.The elevated of IL-6 of the treated group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).But the differences in IL-2,TNF-a,FT3,FT4,sTSH were no statistically significant in two groups,respectively(P>0.05).6.The elevated of Hemoglobin,serum albumin of the treated group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:1.The treated effect was be strength,the score of TCM syndrome was be reduced and the overall quality of life was be improved in advanced lung cancer-related Qi Dificiency according to the treated of the Cordyceps mycelium powder2.The level of IL-6,Hemoglobin,serum albumin were be improved,the immunity,the liver function were be improved,and the anemia was be corrected in advanced lung cancer-related Qi Dificiency according to the treated of the Cordyceps mycelium powder.
