| Objective In this study,we aim to discuss the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine in treating cancer-related fatigue and provide ideas for clinical diagnosis and treatment by observing the efficacy of shenling baizhu powder combined with moxibustion in treating spleen and stomach weakness type,based on the basic theories of traditional Chinese medicine,"Spleen and Stomach is the source of qi and blood biochemistry".Methods 1.Divide randomly the 62 included patients who meet the criteria into two groups,31 in the control group and 31 in the treatment group.Control group: Accept conventional western medicine support treatment,symptomatic treatment,(mainly including the treatment of tumor-related complications,the treatment of complications after anti-tumor treatment,effective control of pain,regular fluid infusion,the maintenance of water and electrolyte balance and the nutrition support for treatment,etc.),The treatments were all for 4 weeks.Treatment group: Accept the treatment of Shenling baizhu powder combined with moxibustion on the basis of the control group.Both Chinese medicine and moxibustion treatment last 4 weeks.Before and 4 weeks after the treatment,both groups evaluated the Piper fatigue scale,TCM syndrome score,Kamofsky score,sleep quality,blood routine and immune indexes of the patients.2.In this study,the recorded data will be statistically recorded and analyzed by SPSS18.0 software.Results 1.Before treatment,the result of the comparison of the general datas,Piper fatigue scale,TCM syndrome score,Kamofsky score,pain score,blood routine and immune indexes between the two groups turned out no statistical significance(P>0.05).2.After treatment,Piper fatigue scale score: the overall effective rate of fatigue scale score in the control group and the treatment group were 72.41% and 96.55% respectively,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).3.After treatment,TCM syndrome score: TCM syndrome score of the two groups were lower than those before treatment.TCM syndrome score of the treatment group were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the difference were statistically significant(P<0.05).4.After treatment,Kamofsky score: the overall effective rate of the Kamofsky score in the control group and the treatment group were 62.07% and 89.66% respectively,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).5.After treatment,Sleeping quality: The overall effective rate of sleeping quality scores in the control group and the treatment group were 58.62% and 89.66% respectively.There were statistically significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05).6.After treatment,blood routine indicators: the white blood cells,neutrophils,and hemoglobin counts of the control group were higher than before,but there was no statistical significance.The white blood cells,neutrophils,and hemoglobin counts of the treatment group were higher than before.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).7.After treatment,immune indexes: the viability of CD3+,CD4+,NK cells of the control group decreased,andCD8+,CD4+/CD8+cells increased,but there was no statistical significance.The viability of CD3+,CD4+,CD8+,CD4+/CD8+,NK cells in the treatment group was higher than before and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion 1.Shenling baizhu powder combined with moxibustion can effectively improve the patient's cancer-related fatigue,TCM syndrome points and quality of life.Compared with simple western medicine,it has definite efficacy,and no adverse reactions,and is worthy of clinical application and promotion.2.Shenling baizhu powder combined with moxibustion can not only improve the fatigue of patients,but also improve the hemoglobin content of patients,which fully proves the theory that "Spleen and Stomach is the source of qi and blood biochemistry".3.Shenling baizhu powder combined with moxibustion can improve the immune function of patients. |
