Clinical Observation Of Miscarriage Treated With Traditional Chinese And Western Medicine

Objective through the clinical curative effect of modified tuohua decoction combined with Mifepristone Tablets and Misoprostol Tablets in the treatment of missed abortion were observed,and compared with the simple application of Mifepristone Tablets and Misoprostol Tablets,were observed in two groups after the treatment,the rate of complete abortion,vaginal bleeding time,first,the total rate of curettage and curettage rate,adverse reaction rate,the objective evaluation of the clinical curative effect of using two groups of cases and tutor experience,provide scientific basis for clinical application.Methods 80 cases of missed abortion patients subject the diagnostic criteria,randomly divided into treatment group and control group of 40 cases.The treatment group was combined with Mifepristone Tablets and Misoprostol Tablets,and the control group was given Mifepristone Tablets and Misoprostol Tablets.Follow up and fill in the observation table,records and statistics of patients with complete abortion rate,vaginal bleeding time,one time,two times the rate of curettage and curettage rate,adverse reaction rate,according to the data analysis of teacher experience of missed abortion effect,combined with traditional Chinese medicine research on reducing the Western Medicine in the treatment of missed abortion complications,improve the rate of complete abortion,reduce curettage,shorten the bleeding time of the vagina is effective.Results1.Before treatment,two groups of subjects in age,menopause duration,miscarriage ratio,vaginal bleeding and abdominal pain symptoms,the proportion of cesarean section had no significant difference(P>0.05).2.The primary clearing rate in the treatment group was 20.0%,The total rate of the palace was 30%,The primary clearing rate in the control group was 42.5%,The total rate of the palace was 57.5%,There was a significant difference in the difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Description modified tuohua decoction combined Mifepristone Tablets and Misoprostol Tablets in the treatment of missed abortion can reduce the initial and total rate of curettage.3.The rate of complete abortion in the treatment group was 22.5%,and the rate of complete abortion in the control group was 7.5%.There was no significant difference in the rate of complete abortion between the treatment group and the control group(P>0.05).Description modified tuohua decoction combined Mifepristone Tablets and Misoprostol Tablets in the treatment of missed abortion did not improve the rate of complete abortion.The effective rate was 80%in the treatment group and 57.5%in the control group.There was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Description modified tuohua decoction combined with mifepristone and misoprostol in treatment of missed abortion can improve efficiency.4.Two groups of patients with vaginal bleeding time comparison:the treatment group and the control group had no significant difference in vaginal bleeding time(P>0.05).Description modified tuohua decoction combined Mifepristone Tablets and Misoprostol Tablets in the treatment of missed abortion did not shorten the time of vaginal bleeding.5.The adverse reactions of the two groups were compared:there was no significant difference in the adverse reaction rate between the treatment group and the control group(P>0.05).That the incidence of tuohua decoction combined with the addition and subtraction of Mifepristone Tablets and Misoprostol Tablets in the treatment of missed abortion did not change the adverse reaction.6.Safety analysis:two groups of patients during treatment period blood routine,liver and kidney function,two routine,coagulation function,electrocardiogram were not abnormal,two groups of treatment methods are all safe.Conclusion Tuohua decoction combined with the addition and subtraction ofMifepristone Tablets and Misoprostol Tablets in the treatment of missed abortion can reduce one and two times the rate of curettage.The rate of incomplete abortion and the time of vaginal bleeding were not raised once.
