| Objective: to evaluate the effect of Shenqi Fuzheng injection with Pemetrexed (Alimta) in recurrent non-small cell lung cancer; to observe the effect of Shenqi Fuzheng injection reduces the chemotherapy medicine poisonous side reaction function; to research the action of Shenqi Fuzheng injection boost up the immuno-function and the quality of life about patients.Methods: sixty-three patients with non-small cell lung cancer in advanced stage were divided randomly into two groups. Treatment group(TG):31 Patients, Control group(CG):32 Patients. In the TG group, patients received the administration of Shenqi Fuzheng injection and chemotherapy. In the CG group, patients received only chemotherapy. Estimation of the results: therapeutic effects in the near elapse time after treatment, reduction of side effects of chemotherapy, based on following criteria: clinical symptoms, hematologic changes, liver and kidney functions, immunologic function, quality of life.Results: In the TG compared with the CG after the treatment, a part of clinical symptoms' amelioration in the TG was better than that in the CG (P<0.05 ); The side effects of chemotherapy in the TG was lower than that in the CG (P<0.05 ); The immunologic function in the TG was improved obviously (P<0.05 ); The quality of life course in the TG was veritable better as in the CG.Conclusion: The combined treatment with Shenqi Fuzheng Injection and Pemetrexed can significantly improve the patients' clinical symptoms,lead to better compliance of patients,obviously improve the quality of life of cancer patients and enhance immune function, may enhance the tumor treatment result. Accordingly, It should be recommended to extend the application in the treatment of lung cancer. |
