The Survey Of Practicing Risk And Guarantee Of Chinese Physician

On the survey of Chinese licensed physicians,this essay analyzes various risks faced by practicing physicians through qualitative and quantitative research.And explore the risk points,potential risk points and existing protection schemes that physicians pay close attention to in order to reduce the risk of practicing physicians and find out the improvement direction of existing protection schemes.Based on the relevant literature,and combined with the analysis of open interviews,researcher prepared a good reliability of Chinese physicians practice risk and security needs questionnaire.The questionnaire consists of four parts: basic information,health risk,medical liability risk and medical liabilityprotection.In order to find out the interrelationship between the survey questions,this survey adopts several statistical analysis methods such as Logistic regression model,and draws the following conclusions:Physicians pay more attention to occupational exposure and occupational hazards that occur during practice.Interviewees' concerned about occupational exposure is related to their own physical condition,whether they focused on the prevention of occupational exposure,and occupational hazards;but not related to whether the adequate safety precautions is provided by hospital and safety education.Most of the doctors interviewed considered the reason of the medical damage as a result of excessive work intensity.Departments preferring to carry out comprehensive examinations and over-treatment tend to be more prone to medical disputes and medical incidents.The medical liability risk protection needs is high yet the existing medical liability risk insurance penetration is low.The interviewee who is reluctant to pay compensation after the medical damage hopes to pay a lower guarantee amount.The main problem of "medical risk fund" is that it cannot solve the problem that the worries of bad influence brought by the medical damage caused by interviewee's carelessness,and the ambiguous of indemnity judgment.The main problem of medical liability insurance is that the discrepancy between hospital managers and non-managers about whether medical compensation can be solved which doesn't really free the hospital and doctors from medical disputes.This study puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to the subjects that can affect the practicing physicians,such as national education authorities,insurance companies,hospitals and departments,with a view to reducing the risks faced by practicing physicians and enhancing the risk protection.
