Design Of Medical Practice Risk Protection Scheme In China

In recent years,China's medical industry has made rapid progress.In order to better build a medical system suitable for our own,professional medical talents are indispensable.However,in recent years,doctors' dissatisfaction with their own work has been increasing,and even a large number of turnover has emerged.In order to improve the existing situation,the Chinese Medical Doctor Association has decided to launch a set of risk protection scheme to protect our doctors.The design of this paper is completed under the guidance of Chinese Medical Doctor Association.In content,this paper starts with the practice risk of doctors in China,and finds that the main two risks of our doctors are the practice responsibility risk and the practice health risk,and then analyzed the causes of the practice risk.Through the actual research data,we can understand doctors' cognition of practice risk and the demand for the guarantee of the practice risk.In terms of scheme design,the practice responsibility risk is guaranteed by the commercial insurance.Through the previous research data,we optimize the existing guarantee responsibility to meet the doctor's needs for protection;The practice health risk is guaranteed by mutual aid platform,with the strength of Chinese Medical Doctor Association,we can achieve the effect of risk diversification.Then,according to the specific design of the scheme,this paper will elaborate from four aspects: the scope of the guarantee responsibility,the scope of the guarantee object,the guarantee amount and the premium burden.Finally,this paper discusses the feasibility of the scheme,the problems that may be encountered in the promotion,and proposes solutions.This paper aims to solve all kinds of risks in doctor's practice,improve doctors' self-identification and work recognition,and solve the practical needs that doctors can't solve alone.
