Clinial Study On The Treatment Of Ankylosing Spondylitis With Adjusting Kindney By Acupuncture And Long Snake Moxibustion

Objective: To evaluate the curative effect of adjusting kidney by acupuncture combined with long snake moxibustion for ankylosing spondylitis(AS).To explore the role of adjusting kidney by acupuncture in the treatment of AS and to provide new ideas for acupuncture treatment.Methods : 60 case of AS patients who met the criteria for inclusion in the study were collected at the ruikang hospital affiliated to guangxi university of tradictional Chinese medicine between February 2017 to December 2017.60 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The treatment group was treated with adjusting kidney by acupuncture combined with long snake moxibustion,and the control group was treated with long snake moxibustion.Both groups were treated for 8 weeks.The curative effect evaluation index was collected after the course of treatment.Befor and after the treatment,the two groups set observation index of lumbosacral pain,back pain,morning stiffness,weak,fatigue and lumbar debility,heavy sensation in the limbs and body and the degree of activing thoracic,the distance from the finger to the ground,the distance from the head to the wall,patrick signs.Creat data tables,and use the statistical software for statistical analysis,and then come to conclusion,to evaluate the curative effects of the therapy about adjusting kidney by acupuncture and long snake moxibustion in the treatment of ankylosing spondylitis.Results : 60 patients were enrolled in this study and 60 case were complete,no patients with loss.The final statistical results prompt :(1)treatment group and control group in the lumbosacral pain,back pain,morning stiffness,weak,fatigue and lumbar debility,heavy sensation in the limbs and body and the degree of activing thoracic,the distance from the finger to the ground,the distance from the head to the wall,patrick signs,by statistical analysis show that :(1)befor treatment : Compared with the two groups,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).(2)after treatment : there was no statistically significant difference between the groups except for the difference in heavy sensation in the limbs and body(P>0.05),and the difference in other symptoms and signs were statistically significant(P<0.05).(3)Comparison of treatment group and control group before and after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).from the above points,the lumbosacral pain,back pain,morning stiffness,weak,fatigue and lumbar debility,heavy sensation in the limbs and body and the degree of activing thoracic,the distance from the finger to the ground,the distance from the head to the wall,patrick signs are improved obviously in either group,however the treatment group's is better.(2)After treatment,comparing with the total effect of the two groups,30 patients in the treatment group,1 cases were clinical recovery,16 cases were markedly effective,10 cases were effective,3 cases were ineffective,the effective rate is 90%.30 patients in the treatment group,0 cases were clinical recovery,8 cases were markedly effective,18 cases were effective,4 cases were ineffective,the effective rate is 86.7%.In the line of analysis of rank sum test,comparison of clinical efficacy between the two groups,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),it was said that the effect of treatment group was better than the control group.Conclusion : The therapy of adjusting kidney by acupuncture combined with long snake moxibustion in the treatment of ankylosing spondylitis can effectively alleviate the lumbosacral pain,back pain,morning stiffness,weak,fatigue and lumbar debility,heavy sensation in the limbs and body and the degree of activing thoracic,the distance from the finger to the ground,the distance from the head to the wall,patrick signs.The therapy is a good way to treat this disease,which effect was remarkable better than the control group of long snake moxibustion.Treatment of ankylosing spondylitis with adjusting kidney by acupuncture combined with long snake moxibution is remarkable,indicating that adjusting kidney is important in treating AS.
