| Background:Blood hypercoagulation is common In patients with advanced lung cancer,which is closely related to the progression of the disease,also is one of the causes of the death of cancer patients due to the formation of VTE.Although the guidelines recommend preventive anticoagulant therapy,clinical application is limited due to many contraindications,bleeding risks,social factors and so on.A number of studies have confirmed that traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)has certain advantages in preventing and treating blood hypercoagulation state in patients with cancer,improving TCM symptoms,improving clinical efficacy,alleviating side effects of chemotherapy,and prolonging Survival.Objective:In this research,advanced lung adenocarcinoma is taken as the object of research.The correlation between coagulation index and score of TCM symptoms was analyzed;The coagulation function,clinical efficacy,TCM symptom and safety were observed in patients with advanced lung adenocarcinoma with Shiquan Yuzhen Decoction and chemotherapy,to provide reference value for future clinical application.Methods:The patients with advanced lung adenocarcinoma undergoing treatment were collected from December 2016 to December 2017 in Jiangsu Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Jiangsu Provincial Tumor Hospital.Finally,50 patients were collected,and 25 patients were divided into the experimental group,which was treated combined with Shizheng Yuzhen Decoction and chemotherapy,25 patients were divided into the control group,which was treated for chemotherapy alone,21d for 1 cycle,and observed for 2 cycles at least.Blood coagulation-related indicators,efficacy score of TCM symptomatic,efficacy and toxicity of patients,thrombosis and bleeding events were recorded.all dates were analyzed by SPSS 20.0 software.Results:1.Blood coagulation indexes D-Dimer,FIB,AT-?,APTT,PT and blood stasis syndrome in patients with advanced lung adenocarcinoma had a certain correlation(P<0.05),which provided reference for objective indicators of blood stasis syndrome.2.Shiquan Yuzhen Decoction could effectively reduce the D-imer,FIB levels in patients with advanced lung adenocarcinoma(P<0.05),increase AT-? index(P<0.05);and APTT,PT level had shown upward trend(P>0.05).Decoction could prevent blood hypercoagulation state in patients with advanced lung adenocarcinoma treated by chemotherapy.3,Shiquan Yuzhen Decoction can significantly improve the patient's Qi-Yin deficiency blood stasis,and effectively improve cough,skin nailing,tongue,sweating(P<0.05).4.Compared with the chemotherapy group alone,Shiquan Yuzhen Decoction combined with chemotherapy although had no statistical significance in the recent clinical efficacy in advanced lung adenocarcinoma,but had certain advantages.5.Shiquan Yuzhen Decoction could reduce the adverse reactions in advanced lung adenocarcinoma treated by chemotherapy,especially in the side effects of gastrointestinal symptoms(P<0.05),and improved myelosuppression certainly(P>0.05).there were no evidence of liver and kidney function damage and bleeding events,which displayed good safety.6.The prevention and treatment of thromboembolism in Shiquan Yuzhen Decoction could not be effectively evaluated at present,and large sample data,long-term medications and follow-up will be needed.Conclusions;There is a certain correlation between with blood stasis syndrome and blood coagulation indexes D-Dimer,FIB,AT-?,APTT,PT in patients with advanced lung adenocarcinomaand;Shiquan Yuzhen Decoction can effectively prevent and treat hypercoagulable state,improve TCM symptoms,improve clinical efficacy,and reduce toxicity of chemotherapy in advanced lung adenocarcinoma patients,and it can be used safely. |
