Objective: The aim of this study was to investigate the therapeutic effects of addition and subtraction of shiquan yuzhen decoction on hemorrhoid prolapse in patients with hemorrhoid prolapse.And researching addition and subtraction of shiquan yuzhen decoction has an impact on the expression activity of matrix metalloproteinase-7,matrix metalloproteinase-9 in prolapsed internal hemorrhoid tissues.In this way,the effect of addition and subtraction shiquan yuzhen decoction on prolapsed internal hemorrhoids was discussed,and it has provided some ideas for the clinical prevention and treatment of hemorrhoids in traditional Chinese medicine.Method: 1.Selecting some people in the age of 18 to 60(including 18 and 60 years old)visit the People's Hospital of Inner Mongolia autonomous region from December 2018 to November2019.And the patients of clinical diagnosis with degree iii and iv internal hemorrhoids prolapse who belongs to blood stasis due to qi deficiency in Chinese medicine syndrome.And The 90 patients have surgical indications of prolapse internal hemorrhoids.The included patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and the blank group with 45 cases in each group.Treatment group: continuous administration of shiquanyuzhen decoction for 2 week.Above the Chinese medicine,the decoction boils to 200 ml and takes it orally to 100 ml twice a day.Surgery was performed 2 weeks later.At the same time,the patients in treatment group were observed and compared before and after medication in the scores of blood in the stool,drooping pain and prolapse.But the blank group had no other treatment and received surgical treatment directly.2.After the preparation of hemorrhoid prolapse specimens in the two groups,the expression intensity of MMP-7 and MMP-9 in each group was detected by immunohistochemistry.After observation and comparison,the expressionintensity of MMP-7 and MMP-9 in prolapse internal hemorrhoid tissues was compared by using immunohistochemical score as the comparison parameter.Result:All datum were calculated by SPSS 22.0.The hematochezia score,saggy pain score and prolapse score were statistically analyzed and compared by the patients in treatment group before and after medication,it has showed that the hematochezia score and dropping pain score of the patients in the treatment group before and after medication had decreased,and the differences were significant in statistics(P<0.05).The prolapse score for the patients in treatment group before and after medication was no significant change.(P>0.05)In addition,the immune response scores in the treatment group and the control group which referred to prolapsed internal hemorrhoid tissues of MMP-7 and MMP-9 of were statistically analyzed and compared,it has showed that the scores of MMP-7 and MMP-9 in the treatment group were lower than those in the blank group,and the differences were significant in statistics(P<0.05).Conclusion: 1.Addition and subtraction shiquan yuzhen decoction can improve the symptoms of hematochezia and saggy pain in prolapse hemorrhoid patients by strengthening the spleen's immobilization power,lifting the organs and promoting blood circulation in the body.2.Addition and subtraction shiquan yuzhen decoction can reduce the expression activity of MMP-7 and MMP-9 in prolapse hemorrhoid tissues by lowering the body's inflammatory response and reduce the number of macrophages and the inhibitory effect of astragaloside and tanshinone ?A and timosaponin A ?.Addition and subtraction shiquan yuzhen decoction plays a certain role in slowing down the movement of anal cushion and inhibiting the occurrence and development of internal hemorrhoids.
