Clinical Efficacy Observation Of Zhenyuan Fumai Granule For Heart-kidney Yang Deficiency And Phlegm Stasis-bizu-type Bound Pulse Symptom(Atrioventricular Block)

Research Objective:To observe the TCM symptoms,heart rhythm and cardiac function change of heart-kidney yang deficiency and phlegm stasis-bizu-type bound pulse patients with Zhenyuan Fumai Granule(It is composed of seven kinds of traditional Chinese medicine,including aconitum carmichaeli debx,raw ephedra,red ginseng,salvia miltiorrhiza,semen brassicae,stiff silkworm and rehmannia glutinosa)before and after treatment.To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of Zhenyuan Fumai Granule.Research Methods:Sixty bound pulse patients(atrioventricular block)who were hospitalized in our hospital and cardiology departments of national cooperative units were selected during October 2015 to December 2017.All of the patients were in heart-kidney yang deficiency and phlegm stasis-bizu condition.Make a self-control study.Take single herbal concentrate-granules one dose a day in two times in the morning and in the evening.The treatment course is three months.Observe the TCM symptom score,electrocardiogram,resting heart rate,24-hour average heart rate,long R-R interval,atrioventricular block degree and cardic function improvement of the patients before and after treatment based on the electrocardiogram,24-hour dynamic electrocardiogram and cardiac color ultrasound result and evaluate the clinical efficacy of Zhenyuan Fumai Granule.Results:A total of sixty cases was observed.The research results are as follows:1.The TCM symptom of patients weakens after treatment.2.Efficacy evaluation:Seven cases show efficacy to some extent.Forty-seven cases show effective treatment result.Six cases show ineffective treatment.There is no worsened cases.3.There is no obvious abnormity found in blood routine,urine routine,liver and renal function of patients before and after treatment.There is no adverse effect in the treatment course.Conclusions:1.Self-control study shows that Zhenyuan Fumai Granule has certain curative effect in treating heart-kidney yang deficiency and phlegm stasis-bizu-type bound pulse symptom.It is able to weaken the patients' clinical symptom obviously,improve the patients' average heart rate and atrioventricular block degree.2.Zhenyuan Fumai Granule is reliable and safety in treating heart-kidney yang deficiency and phlegm stasis-bizu-type bound pulse symptom.
