Follow-up Study On Long-term Curative Effect Of TCM Comprehensive Approaches On The Patients With Cerebral Infarction In The Recovery Phase

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of TCM comprehensive approaches to treat the patients with cerebral infarction in the recovery phase（qi deficiency and blood stasis）by rating quantitative score of stroke symptom,score of neurologic impairment change,evaluation of activities of daily living,evaluation of living quality,alogia improvement,dysphagia improvement,mentality improvement evaluation for the patients with cerebral infarction in the recovery phase（qi deficiency and blood stasis）treated by TCM comprehensive approaches,so as to find out a kind of normative,safe and effective therapy for cerebral infarction in the recovery phase（qi deficiency and blood stasis）.Method:random and control clinical test method was used to research 160 patients with cerebral infarction in the recovery phase（qi deficiency and blood stasis）,whose disease time were 2 weeks to 1 month.They were divided into control group and treatment group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine including secondary prevention and treatment of cerebral infarction.The treatment group was treated with TCM comprehensive treatment approaches composed of Chinese patent medicine（Zhilonghuoxuetongyu capsule）,acupuncture,massage,etc.based on conventional western medicine,with treatment course of 3 months.And the two groups of patients were conducted with rating quantitative score of stroke symptom,NIHSS,MRS,water swallow test,BDAE and HAMD score at time of being included into group,4^th week±3 days、12^th week±3 days、24^thh week±3 days、48^th week±3 days.Then SPSS 20.0 software was used to perform statistic analysis.Results:（1）through comparison of table of rating quantitative score of stroke symptom,NIHSS,MRS,water swallow test,and HAMD depression scale for the two groups of patients In the experimental phase,it showed that various integrals decreased in different degrees.And the statistical analysis results showed that various score indexes for the treatment group were superior to that for control group,the difference had statistical significance（P<0.05）.（2）through comparison of table of rating quantitative score of BI,BDAE scale for the two groups of patients In the experimental phase,it showed that various integrals decreased in different descends.And the statistical analysis results showed that various score indexes for the treatment group were superior to that for control group,the difference had statistical significance（P<0.05）.（3）No adverse reaction and toxic and side effect could be seen for the two groups during the period of observation.Conclusion:TCM comprehensive treatment approaches formed by combination of Chinese patent medicine（Zhilonghuoxuetongyu capsule）,acupuncture,massage,etc.based on conventional western medicine to treat cerebral infarction in recovery phase can effectively promote long-term curative-effect rehabilitation of neurologic impairment for the patients with ischemic stroke,and apparently improveneurological score and activity of daily living,improving swallowing function and depression of patients,improving living quality.It is safe without toxic and side effect.Therefore,it is worthy of further being promoted and applied in clinic.
