Clinical Study On Use The Traditional Chinese Medicine Invigorates Blood Circulation And Fill Vital Qi To Prevention And Treatment Of Skin Flap Necrosis After Breast Cancer

Objective:Through clinical comparative study,to observe the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine invigorates blood circulation and fill vital qi on the skin flap necrosis after breast cancer,find a good way to promote wound healing after breast cancer.Methods:A total of 62 patients with breast cancer who were enrolled in the hospital were selected as observation subjects,and 32 patients were divided into treatment group according to the patient's informed consent principle,and 30 patients in the control group.Both groups were treated with breast cancer modified radical mastectomy(Auchincloss),and conventional pressure dressing was performed.Both groups had modified radical mastectomy based on breastcancer surgery standard,and normal pressure dressing was performed after surgery.During the treatment,the patients' wound healing,field drainage,TCM symptom score and wound healing grade were recorded.Results:1.The incidence of skin flap necrosis in the treatment group was 9.4%;The incidence of skin flap necrosis in the control group was 33.3%,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.Two groups of patients with postoperative 24 hours the first24 hours,the second,third,and postoperative drainage total 24 hours 72 hours,in comparison with the sum of all the advantages of lead flow were significantly lower in treatment group than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).3.On the second day and the fifth day after surgery,the score of TCM symptoms in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).4.Among the 32 patients in the treatment group,there were 29 cases of grade A healing,3 cases of grade B healing and 0 cases of grade C healing.Among the 30 patients in the control group,therewere 21 cases of grade A healing,8 cases of grade B healing and1 case of grade C healing.There was a statistically significant difference between the two groups of patients with incision healing grade(P<0.05).Conclusion:To use the traditional Chinese medicine invigorates blood circulation and fill vital qi for prevention and treatment of skin flap necrosis after breast cancer has significant curative effect,can significantly reduce the incidence of postoperative skin flap necrosis,reduce postoperative flow,promote healing of incision,worthy of clinical popularization and application.
