Objective:Through the clinical observation on needle-knife plus traditional gimmick to treat cervical spondylotic radiculopathy of cases, design the scheme of clinical observation, evaluation of patients with clinical symptoms, signs, efficient before and after treatment and long-term efficacy,discuss the effectiveness of needle-knife plus traditional gimmick treating cervical spondylotic radiculopathy and relevant mechanism.Methods:Through the retrospective analysis, we have used random and parallel comparison method,and have divided patients of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy into two groups of 40 cases of the treatment group(A group) and 40 cases of the control group(B group). The treatment group uses needle-knife plus traditional gimmick treatment, the control group uses the blockage plus Traditional gimmick treatment. Using loading test method,two gr oups of patients in demographic characteristics, average duration and many indicators have no significant difference(P>0.05),and they are comparable. Patients in the healing process without shedding and with complete treatment,which were included in the curative effect evaluation analysis. A course of teatment for fourteen days, three months after assessing efficacy by calling back.Then,we analyzed above cases and evaluated the treatment objectively.Results:Two groups of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy had good curative effect, but the indexes in the improvement of needle-knife plus traditional gimmick treating cervical spondylotic radiculopathy were better than control group. Conclusion:Needle-knife plus traditional gimmick treating cervical spondylotic radiculopathy had an exact clinical curative effect, which is worth expanding clinical application.
