The Study Of Acupuncture On Beishu And Juque In Treating Patients With Post-stroke Depression

Objective:The World Health Orgnization has pointed out that psychiatric disorders would be a main problem for human to face.Post-stroke depression is a common disease for patients who experinced stroke and often occur during the recovery time.Patients would show nausea,vomiting,dyspepsia,drowsiness,sexual disfunction.Western medicine would use 5-HT inhibitor as the first-line treatment.But has shown a series of side effects such as nausea,indigestion,drowsiness.In this situation,Chinese medicine has shown its merits.As an important treatment in Chinese medicine,acupuncture has shown its effectiveness in treating psychiatric disorders worldwide.This study is aiming at observing and discussing the clinical effect of acupuncture on beishu and juque on patients with post-stroke depression.Methods:Patients comes from the Second-Afflicted TCM hospital of Guangdong.From 2018 March to 2018 December,we brought in 60 cases that is accorded to the evaluation and divide them into treatment group and control group by random,each with 30 cases in each,two groups were related medical routine symptomatic treatment,the treatment group is to be treated with acupuncture with Juque and control group of xinshu dushu geshu in the treatment.Each group of patients is treated for 2 weeks,and before and after treatment of patients with the Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD),the daily life ac-tivity scale(ADL)were evaluated and analyzed.Results:1.The HAMD?ADL scores of the two groups were improved compared with those after treatment(P<0.05).2.the HAMD?ADL scores of the treatment group were slightly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate in the treatment group was a little bit higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture on Juque can effectively improve the depression status of patients after stroke and promote the recovery of the disease with little side effects,which is conducive to the recovery of patient's syptoms and the early return to society.
