The Clinical Research Of ORIF Combined With Traditional Chinese Medicine For SER ?° Ankle Fractures

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of ORIF for the treatment of SER ?°ankle fractures and the effect of the Chinese medicine Yipanzhu Decoction,providing reliable basis and clinical experience for the treatment of the SER ?°ankle fractures.Methods: The analysis of 36 Cases of SER ?°ankle fractures from Sep.2016 to Sep.2017.Thirty-six patients underwent open reduction and internal fixation.and there are 17 patients received conventional treatment after surgery;there are 19 patients who received conventional treatment and were treated with the Chinese medicine Yipanzhu decoction after surgery.The pain and swelling of the two groups were recorded after surgery,reduce swelling time and pain time,fracture reduction,complications of the wound,clinical healing standard time,and Six months of ankle arthroscopic foot standard score after surgery,The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results:Thirty-six patients received a good reduction after surgery,and the anatomical reduction rate was 86.11%.All patients were followed up for 6-12 months,with an average of 8.3 months,the AOFAS score was excellent in 22 cases,good in 8 cases,fair in 5 cases,and poor in 1 case.The excellent and good rate was 83.33%.All patients reached clinical healing criteria,and the healing time was 10-16 weeks,averaging 12.83 weeks.In the control group,there were 2 cases of ankle stiffness,which was significantly improved after Chinese herbal fumigation and guided functional exercise.There was no significant difference between the two groups in gender,age and injured side,Swelling and pain relief time(d),The experimental group(Elimination of swelling time 6.0±1.05,analgesia time 5.68±1.06)was better than the control group(Elimination of swelling time 7.24±1.03,analgesia time 6.53±1.68),Incision complications were lower in the experimental group than in the control group,The time of postoperative clinical healing standard(week)was achieved,and the experimental group(12.00 + 1.05)was superior to the control group(13.76 + 1.39),Ankle joint AOFAS score 6 months after surgery,The experimental group was excellent in 13 cases,good in 4 cases,fair in 2 cases,poor in 0 cases,and the excellent and good rate was 89.47%.The control group was excellent in 9 cases,good in 4 cases,fair in 3 cases,poor in 1 case,and the excellent and good rate was 76.47%.Discussion: Open reduction and internal fixation for the treatment of SER ?°ankle fractures can obtain good clinical efficacy.The choice of posterolateral incision can help the fracture to be well reset and effectively fixated.The swelling can be relieved and the time of pain can be shortened effectively in the early days with using traditional Chinese medicine,and the occurrence of wound complications can be reduced.The traditonal Chinese medicine can accelerate fracture healing,and receach the clinical healing standards in earlier times.It can promote early recovery of joint function,and shorten recovery time.So ORIF combined with traditional Chinese medicine for SER ? ° ankle fractures has obvious effects.It is suitable for clinical promotion and it can help patients recover sooner.
