Clinical Observation Of Taohua Shenjing Herbal Decoction Treating Oligospermia Sterilit With VC And Kidney Deficiency And Blood Stasis Syndrome On The Clinical Efficacy And The Effect Of Testicular Temperature

ObjectiveTo Observe the clinical efficacy and the effect of testicular temperature of Taohua Shenjing Herbal Decoction treating Oligospermia Sterilit with VC and Kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome.Methods1.34 patients were selected in accordance with Oligospermia Sterilit with VC and Kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome from People's Hospital Affiliated to Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,the clinical trial design was carried out by using the self-control method.2.Giving the participants Taohua Shenjing Herbal Decoction oral treatment,each dose of 2 blunt,a total of 12 weeks of treatment.3.Measuring the temperature of spermatic cords,scrotal testes prominences and inguinal outer rings before treatment and every 2 weeks during treatment with the thermometer's "body temperature model".The scrotal testes prominences was taken as the environment temperature measurement point and measured the temperature with the thermometry's "environment temperature model".The difference between the temperature of spermatic cords,scrotal testes prominences and inguinal outer rings with environment temperature was calculated as an absolute value,the absolute value was used as the main indicator of this study.Observing the changes of the testicle temperature absolute value before treatment and every 2 weeks during treatment to after 12 weeks of treatment.4.Observing the patient's sperm density,TCM symptom score and the relationship with testicular temperature absolute value before treatment and every 4 weeks during treatment,and monitoring the patient's response after taking the herbal decoction.After the test database was established,the data was statistically analyzed by SPSS 21.0 software.Results1.Testicular temperature:There was no significant difference between the absolute value of temperature of the right spermatic cord,scrotal testis prominence and inguinal outer ring(P>0.05).There was significant difference between the absolute value of the temperature of the left spermatic cord,scrotal testis prominence and inguinal outer ring(P>0.05),the absolute value of temperature of the left spermatic cord after 12 weeks treatment decreased compared with that before treatment and after 8 weeks treatment,and the absolute value of temperature after 10 weeks treatment decreased compared with that after 8 weeks treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).the absolute value of temperature of the left scrotal testis prominence after 12 weeks treatment decreased compared with that before treatment and after 6 and 8 weeks treatment.,and the absolute value of temperature after 10 weeks treatment decreased compared with that after 8 weeks treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).the absolute value of temperature of the left inguinal outer ring after 10 and 12 weeks treatment decreased compared with that before treatment and after 8 weeks treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.Sperm density:The difference of the sperm density between before and after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05).During the treatment,1 patient recovered,15 patients were markedly effective,8 patients were effective and 10 patients were ineffective,and the effective rate was 70.59%.3.Testicular temperature absolute value and sperm density:There was no obvious linear correlation(P>0.05)after the correlation analysis between the testicular temperature absolute value and sperm density before and after treatment.4.TCM symptom score:The difference of TCM symptom score before and after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05),2 patients were markedly effective,30 patients were effective and 2 patients were ineffective,the effective rate was 94.12%.5.Testicular temperature absolute value and TCM symptom score:There was no obvious linear correlation(P>0.05)after the correlation analysis between the testicular temperature absolute value and TCM symptom score before and after treatment.ConclusionThis study showed that Taohua Shenjing Herbal Decoction could reduce testicular temperature and improve fertility by improving the blood circulation of Oligospermia Sterilit with VC and Kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome,it could improve the patient's sperm density and TCM symptom.There was a downward trend in the testicular temperature,especially the left side.There was no obvious linear correlation between testicular temperature and sperm density and TCM symptom.
