Clinical Observation On Modified Huoxue Analgesic Decoction Of Lumbar Intervertebral Disc With Simple Nucleus Pulposus Excision Postoperative Syndrome

Objective:To observe the clinical effect on modified Huoxue analgesic decoction of Protrusion of lumbar intervertebral disc with simple nucleus pulposus excision postoperative syndromeMaterials and methods:According to the diagnosis of postoperative lumbar disc prolapse syndrome and inclusion criteria,selected 80 patients from the Orthopedics department of the Affiliated People's Hospital of Fujian University of TCM underwent lumbar discectomy surgery patients,80 patients from September 2015 to September 2017.Adopting randomly divided into experimental group and control group,40 patients in each.The experimental group were treated with modified Huoxue analgesic decoction after the basis of postoperative routine treatment,the control group were treated with Mecobalamin Tablets after the basis of postoperative routine treatmen.Observation points were selected in two groups of patients first days after surgery,2 weeks,January,March,June after treatment,respectively,two groups of patients were VAS,JOA score.Electromyography of the lower limbs(H reflex)was evaluated before and after treatment in January and June.The comparison between the two groups in gender,age,duration of the existence of significant differences,determine the comparability;the follow-up results were compared,differences were observed in the two groups at each time point of the treatment effect and indexes.Result:1.Statistical analysis the two groups of patients in the general situation before surgery(gender,age,course of disease,symptomatic vertebrae)on the no Statistical difference(P>0.05),comparable.2.In the first day after surgery(before treatment),there was no statistical difference in VAS score and JOA score between the two groups(P>0.05),which was comparable.By 2 weeks,1 month after drug treatment,VAS score of two groups of patients with a significant reduction in the postoperative day 1,compare the difference between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the experimental group than the control group,a bigger drop in March,June,after treatment scores showed a trend of decline in both groups,but the difference is not big,no statistical difference;After the treatment,the JOA score of the two groups increased significantly from the first day after the surgery,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the experimental group had a larger increase than the control group.Difference in two groups of patients with H reflex preoperative is no statistical difference(P>0.05),comparable,1 month after treatment with medication,in June,the experimental group and control group all showed a trend of decline,but decreased the difference is not big,is no statistical difference between groups(P>0.05),but with the extension of time,the downward trend,the more obvious.Conclusion:Modified Huoxue analgesic decoction has invigorate the circulation of tendons,remove blood stasis and water,save the function of liver and kidney simple lumbar disc prolapse after excision of nucleus pulposus with oral soup flavored invigorate the circulation of analgesia,could help to improve the patient's clinical symptoms,improve the quality of life,curative effect is positive.
