Observation Of Curative Effect On Treatment Of Insomnia Induced By Phlegm-heat Internal Interference By Huatan Anmian Yin

The purpose and significance:The subject observes the changes of some index,like Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index,clinical symptoms and TCM syndrome score before treatment and after treatment,in which we treat the patients suffering from insomnia induced by phlegm-heat internal interference by using Huatan Anmian Yin.And then evaluate effectiveness and safety about the treatment of Huatan Anmian Yin on insomnia induced by phlegm-heat internal interference.Research Methods:This research adopts the randomized controlled research method.84 cases of insomnia were included in the study and randomly divided into two groups,of which 42 cases were included in the observation group and 42 cases were included in the control group.The observation group was treated with Huatan Anmian Yin combined with Eszopiclone Tablets,while the control group was treated with dezopiclone.The course of treatment was set at 4 weeks.The subject toke Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index and TCM Syndrome score as the observation indexes,which were respectively evaluated before treatment and the fourth week in treatment.As a result,78 patients(40 in the observation group and 38 in the control group)completed the clinical trial.Finally,the subject made the statistical analysis of the evaluation results of observation indexes and then draw conclusions,in order to observe the clinical efficacy of Huatan Anmian Yin.In addition,the subject evaluated the safety of Huatan Anmian Yin by taking liver and kidney function as a safety indicator.result:1.84 patients were included in this research,but finally only 78 patients finished the clinical observation.During the treatment,two cases droped from the observation group and four cases droped from the control group,finally the loss rate was 7.14%.2.General Information:The subject made the statistical analysis of the two groups of patients' gender,age and duration of the disease,and found P values were greater than 0.05,no significant difference,and the two groups were comparable.3.Clinical curative effect:The cure rate of the observation group was 67.50%and the total effective rate was 87.50%,the cure rate of the control group was 39.47%,the total effective rate was 71.05%,the total effective rate of the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),the observation group was significantly better than the control group.4.After 4 weeks of treatment,the scores of PSQI and TCM syndromes of each groups were significantly improved(P<0.001)after treatment.The observation group's scores of PSQI index were lower than those of the control group,and the difference is significant(P<0.05).Also,The observation group's TCM syndrome scores were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).5.No significant Adverse reactions occurred in both groups and there was no significant abnormal changes between the two groups in terms of indexes before and after treatment.There was no significant difference between the two groups before and after treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion:1.The curative effect of Huatan Anmian Yin combined with Eszopiclone Tablets on the treatment of insomnia is superior to that of the right zopiclone tablet.2.Huatan Anmian Yin caused no obvious adverse reactions when used to treat insomnia induced by phlegm-heat internal interference,it has high security.
