Study On The Relationship Between Neutrophillymphocyte Ratio And Early Diabetic Kidney Disease

Objective:To investigate the relationship between neutrophil-lymphocyte ratio(NLR)and early type 2 diabetic kidney disease.Methods:136 patients with type 2 diabetes were selected and divided into 2groups according to the Mogensen staging method: 136 patients were divided into 2groups: simple type 2 diabetes(normal urinary albumin excretion rate)was 71 patients in group A;early diabetic kidney disease(sustained urinary microalbumin Urinary)was group B in 65 cases;another group of 50 healthy people in our health examination center was selected as group C.Including NC,WBC,LC,NLR,TG,TC,HDL,LDL,HbA1 c,FPG,BMI,blood pressure,age,24-hour urinary microalbumin,understanding of the test results between the above different groups,analysis and comparison of NLR and early Correlation of type 2 diabetic kidney disease.Results:1.The age,NLR,BUN,Cr,Cys and TG levels in the three groups were higher in group B than in groups A and C(P<0.05);the levels of NLR and Cys in group B were higher than A;Group and C group,and group A was higher than group C,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01);among the three groups,FPG level was higher in group A than in group B,and group B was significantly higher than that in group C,and the differences were statistically significant.Significance(P<0.01);among the three groups,LDL and HbA1 c levels were significantly higher in group A and B than in group C(P<0.01);blood pressure,BMI,WBC,HDL,MC,There was no significant difference in TC levels(P > 0.05).2.Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that elevated levels of NLR,FPG and TG had predictive value for early diabetic kidney disease and were independent risk factors for early diabetic kidney disease.The ROC curves of NLR,FPG,TG,etc.were plotted,and the area under the curve was calculated.When the NLR cut value was 2.136,the diagnostic efficiency was highest with a sensitivity of44.7% and a specificity of 89.1%.Conclusion : NLR levels gradually increase with the progression of type 2diabetic kidney disease,which is a risk factor for early diabetic kidney disease and can predict the occurrence of early diabetic kidney disease.When the NLR cut value is 2.136,the diagnostic efficiency is the highest.
