Effect Of "Fuzhengbutu" Acupuncture Therapy On The Ankle Function After Stroke Based On PIERENSTEP System

Objective:To observe the effect of "Fuzhengbutu" acupuncture therapy on parameters of PIERENSTEP system?the Simplified Lower Limb Motor Function Scale(FMA-L)and the Rivermead index(RMI)scores,and then to explore its mechanism in depth in order to provide a more optimized treatment plan and assessment method for patients with ankle dysfunction after ischemic stroke.Method:60 patients with ankle dysfunction after ischemic stroke admitted to the Rehabilitation and Neurology wards of Fujian Provincial Hospital from January 2017 to 2017.09 were randomly divided into two groups(30 in each group)according to the random number table.During the study,the treatment group was shedded in 1 case and the same to the control group.The treatment group was treated with "Fuzhengbutu" acupuncture therapy and conventional rehabilitation treatment,while the control group was treated by conventional rehabilitation treatment;a total of 1 courses were treated.Before and after treatment,the data of PIERENSTEP system including the maximum load,the minimum load,high load time,low load time,the Simplified Lower Limb Motor Function Scale(FMA-L)and the Rivermead index(RMI)were recorded.Then use SPSS 19.0 version for data statistics.Result:1.After the treatment,the FMA-L scores of the two groups were respectively compared with those before treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The treatment group increased significantly than the control group and the difference was significant,with statistical significance(P<0.05).2.After the treatment,the RMI scores of the two groups were statistically different from those before treatment(P<0.05).After the treatment,the score of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.After treatment,the low load time of treatment group was significantly lower than that of control group(P<0.05),the high load time was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups in the minimum load and the maximum load(P>0.05).There was significant difference after treatment in the maximum load,the minimum load,high load time and low load time compared with before treatment in the treatment group and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The control group had significant difference(P<0.05)before and after treatment in the high load time and low load time.However,there was no significant difference between the minimum load and the maximum load and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusions:1."Fuzhengbutu" acupuncture therapy combined with routine rehabilitation therapy can improve the parameters of PIERENSTEP system such as the maximum load,the minimum load,high load time and low load time,the Simplified Lower Limb Motor Function Scale(FMA-L)and the Rivermead index(RMI)scores in patients with ankle dysfunction after ischemic stroke and they were significantly better than pure rehabilitation.2."Fuzhengbutu" acupuncture therapy combined with routine rehabilitation therapy can improve the ankle weight-bearing capacity,motor ability and living activities in patients with ankle dysfunction after ischemic stroke.And the effect is better than pure rehabilitation.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
