Objective1.To explore the distribution of bone mineral density and TCM constitution of perimenopausal women in fuzhou area.2.To explore the distribution of bone density in perimenopausal women with different levels of physical activity;Distribution of TCM constitution in postmenopausal women with different levels of physical activity Distribution of TCM constitution in postmenopausal women with different bone density.3.To study the correlation between physical activity and bone density,and between physical activity and TCM constitution.MethodsA questionnaire survey of 320 perimenopausal women was conducted to determine the level of physical activity and the types of TCM constitution.The BMD level of perimenopausal women was determined by dual-energy X-ray bone densitometer.The bone density of perimenopausal women and the physical distribution of traditional Chinese medicine were described by composition ratio.The difference of bone density distribution in perimenopausal women with different levels of physical activity was compared by rank sum test.Chi-square test were used to compare the distribution of TCM constitution in postmenopausal women with different levels of physical activity and the distribution of TCM constitution in postmenopausal women with different levels of bone density.Correlation and partial correlation were used to analyze the relationship between physical activity level and bone density level,physical activity level and physical constitution type of traditional Chinese medicine.Results1.Different physical activity level perimenopausal women bone mineral density distribution study:?320 cases of bone mineral density distribution of perimenopausal women:normal bone mineral density of 184 cases(57.50%),bone mineral density reduced to 106 cases(33.13%),osteoporosis for 30 cases(9.38%).Decreased bone density is a major problem in perimenopausal women.?The distribution of BMD in postmenopausal women with different physical activity levels is different(P<0.01).Compared with those with low levels of physical activity,women with moderate and high levels of physical activity were less likely to have abnormal bone density during menopause.2.Different physical activity level perimenopausal women physical distribution of traditional Chinese medicine research:?The distribution of nine kinds of basic constitution types in perimenopausal women's traditional Chinese medicine:The total number of people in the mild constitution was 34.38%.The distribution frequency of eight kinds of abnormal TCM constitutions from high to low was yang-deficiency constitution,qi-deficiency constitution,yin-deficiency constitution,qi stagnation constitution.dampness-heat constitution,specific constitution,blood stasis constitution and phlegm-dampness constitution.? The physical distribution of nine traditional Chinese medicine substances in postmenopausal women with different physical activity levels was different(P<0.01).There was a difference in the distribution of placidity and bias in postmenopausal women with different levels of physical activity(P=0.002).With the improvement of the level of physical activity,the proportion of balance and bias was decreasing.3.Studies on the distribution of TCM constitution in perimenopausal women with different BMD levels:there were differences in the distribution of placid and biased physique in postmenopausal women with different BMD levels(P=0.002).The distribution of nine TCM constitutions in postmenopausal women with different bone density was different(P=0.01).3.Correlation analysis:there was a positive correlation between the level of physical activity and bone density(r=0.37 P<0.01).After adjustment(excluding the influence of age and amenorrhea),there was still a positive correlation between physical activity level and bone density level(r=0.407 P<0.01).?The physical activity level was positively correlated with the physical constitution of traditional Chinese medicine(balance and bias)(r=0.195,P<0.01).After adjustment(excluding the influence of age and BMI),the physical activity level was still positively correlated with the physical constitution of traditional Chinese medicine(balance and bias)(r=0.194,P<0.01).Conclusion1.Yang-deficiency constitution,qi-deficiency constitution and yin-deficiency constitution were partial constitutions of perimenopausal women in fuzhou area.2.Insufficient physical activity was more likely to lead to decreased bone density and increased the incidence of osteoporosis.3.Less physical activity was more likely to lead to partial constitutions.Yang-deficiency and qi-deficiency were the main partial constitutions of perimenopausal women with low level of physical activity.4.The distribution of TCM constitution in postmenopausal women with different bone density was different.Yang-deficiency and qi-deficiency were the main partial constitutions of perimenopausal women with abnormal bone density.
