Objective:To investigate the prevalence of clinical perimenopausal syndrome, depression and anxiety and detect the relationship between the bone mineral density (BMD) and in different period of Menopausal stage of the for patient of perimenopausal syndrome. And provide theoretical guidance For the prevention and treatment of osteoporosis in perimenopausal.Methods:1) Total of 420 perimenopausal syndrome patient between 40-55 years were investigated by self-designed questionnaire, Zungs' self-rating depression and anx iety scales (SDS and SAS), and Kupperman index for surveying the health status, The study was conducted to collect data in face-to-face questionnaire interviews.2) The 164 participants included 3 groups, group A (premenopause females), group B(menopausal females<1 year), group C(females with menopausal time>1 year). The levels of BMD at Lumbar spine L2-L4, femoral neck, greater trochanter, Fahrenheit triangle were measured. All of the parameters were input into a datebase and and analyzed using SPSS 11.0.Result:1)The natural menopause average age of 402 perimenopausal women is (46.7±2.9) years. Kupperman average score (30.6±5.2), and Kupperman score of 45-50 age group was significantly higher than other age groups (P<0.05), The highest incidence of symptoms were:fatigue, irritability, hot flashes, sweating and headache, occurrence rates were 76.2%,60.4%,47.8%,41.6%,38.3%.38.1% of patients showed different degrees of depression,13.7% women suffering from anxietyConclusion:1) Perimenopausal women suffered from fatigue, insomnia and other physical symptoms and psychiatric symptoms severly impact women's physical and mental health, some efficient interventions should be taken to improve the life quality.2)The bone density of Perimenopausal women decreased at different degree, The prevalence rate of osteoporosis in women was significantly higher one year after Menopause.
