Objectives:In this study,we first analyze the patients of colorectal cancer by means of TCM syndrome elements analysis, summarize and analyze the main etiology and pathogenesis factors of this group of people.Based on this,we combine the rich experience of the Instructor to establish the corresponding treatment methods and formulate prescriptions. The efficacy of the PDX animal model was evaluated further. Methods:The content of the thesis mainly includes the following three parts:1)Analyze the current situation of Western medicine and traditional Chinese medicine in colorectal cancer, and then put forward the question.2)Collect 127 cases of colorectal cancer patients in our hospital and application the four methods of diagnosis, apply the analysis methods of the syndrome elements,to explore the relationship between syndrome elements and sex, age, surgical treatment or not, diagnosis and staging, sum up the basic syndromes, refine the main pathogenesis and pathological factors, and on this basis, combine the guidance of the instructor for many years experience, put forward the corresponding treatment rule, and formulate formula, namely HC-1 square.3)Choose sample samples of colorectal cancer for resuscitation and inoculation, establish 18 cases of third-generation colon cancer PDX model, and use HC-1 for therapeutic intervention to dynamically monitor the weight of model mice and the changes of transplant tumors to evaluate the anti-tumor effect of HC-1.Results:1)The most common four syndromes in patients with colorectal cancer are:spleen deficiency, wetness,qi deficiency, and qi stagnation.2)A stable PDX mouse model of P3 colon cancer was successfully established..Among them,18 PDX mice models with similar body weights were screened to evaluate the anti-tumor effect of HC-1.Within the observation time,HC-1 tumor volume T/C(%)= 98.25%>40%,IRTW =-5.8%,indicating that there is no inhibitory effect;tumor growth in the irinotecan group is slow, tumor volume changes, tumor weight Compared with the control group and the HC-1 group, there was a significant difference;while there was no significant difference between the HC-1 group and the control group, the tumor growth was faster.Conclusion:1)The four most common syndromes of patients with colorectal cancer are:insufficiency of the spleen, eczema, deficiency of vital energy, and stagnation of the circulation of vital energy.2)HC-1 had no significant inhibitory effect on PDX model in this case.
