Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Modified Ermiao Prescription For HR-HPV Persistent Infection With CINI And Its Effect On The Expression Of Cervical TLR4 And NF-?B

Objective:Observing the clinical efficacy of Modified Ermiao Prescription in the treatment of persistent infection of HR-HPV combining with CINI,to seek a traditional Chinese medicine prescription that can eliminate persistent infection of HR-HPV and effectively reverse CINI to block the progression of cervical lesions;The changes in the expression of TLR4 and NF-?B p65 in the cervical tissue under the intervention of Modified Ermiao Prescription are analyzed.Based on the mechanism of immune inflammation,new ideas for exploring the efficacy of Modified Ermiao Prescription are provided.Methods:Fifty-nine patients with persistent infection of HR-HPV combining with CINI of damp-heat pouring downward syndrome under the inclusion criteria are randomly divided into two groups:Modified Ermiao Prescription group(30 cases)and interferon control group(29 cases).Three months are 1 course of treatment.Both groups are treated for 2 courses.The negative conversion ratio of HR-HPV,CINI reversal rate,TCM syndrome scoring change and the changes of positive expression in cervical tissue of TLR4 and NF-?B p65 after drug intervention are observed.Results:?The negative conversion ratio of HR-HPV:The negative conversion ratio of HR-HPV in the Chinese medicine treatment group is 66.67%,which is significantly higher than that of the interferon control group(37.93%,P<0.05).?CINI reversal rate:The CINI reversal rate of the Chinese medicine treatment group is 63.33%,which is significantly higher than that of the interferon control group(34.48%,P<0.05).?TCM syndrome scores:The scores of TGM syndromes decreased in both groups after treatment,but the TCM treatment group is significantly superior to the interferon control group in reducing TCM syndrome scores(P<0.05).?The total effective rate of clinical efficacy:The total effective rates of the Chinese medicine treatment group and the interferon control group are 93.33%and 72.41%,respectively.The clinical efficacy of the treatment group is significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).?Expression of TLR4 and NF-?B p65 protein in cervical tissue:The positive expression of TLR4 and NF-?B p65 protein in the Chinese medicine group after treatment is significantly decreased(P<0.01);Compared with the interferon group,the positive expression of TLR4 is significantly lower than that in the interferon group after treatment.(P<0.05),there is no significant difference in the positive expression of NF-?B p65 protein in the two groups(P>0.05),but the positive expression rate of NF-?B p65 in the Chinese medicine group is far less than that in the interferon group.Conclusion:When Modified Ermiao Prescription is used to cure patients with persistent infection of HR-HPV combining with CINI of damp-heat pouring downward syndrome,it can effectively eliminate HPV infection,reverse cervical histopathology,significantly improve patients' TCM syndromes,and has good clinical efficacy,in addition,it has the advantages of medication safety,reliability,no toxic effects and no side effects;Modified Ermiao Prescription intervention can significantly reduce the positive expression of TLR4 and NF-?B p65 protein in cervical tissue.It is speculated that Modified Ermiao Prescription regulates TLR4 and its signaling pathway based on immune inflammation mechanism,in order to remove HR-HPV infection and block the progression of cervical lesions.It is worth further research and clinical application.
