The Clinical Experience Of Jian-guo Xue Professor In Treating Male Disorders With Scalper Pathogenesis Theory

Professor Xue has long been engaged in the clinical and teaching work of male subjects.He has rich clinical experience and outstanding academic features.He has proposed the"three-differential diagnosis method" for distinguishing physical fitness,syndrome differentiation and disease differentiation.The principle of diagnosis is not only based on syndrome differentiation and disease differentiation and also focuses on discriminating the patient's constitution.In my tutor's points,it is also an important aspect in correcting the patient's constitution in follow-up treatment.In clinical treatment,my tutor often make up his mind whether to supplement the insufficient or dispel the disease evil according to the deficiency of the five organs and the severity of the disease in patients.In the aspect of supplement,he attaches importance to the patient's acquired foundetion(spleen and stomach)and congenital foundetion(kidney),because the kidney dominates reproduction and spleen governs transportation and transformation,which is closely related to male disease.On the aspect of exorcism,due to phlegm and heat are more likely to invade male genitourinary organs,it is necessary to pay attention to stasis,heat,sputum,and dampness.However,this article only summarizes one aspect of my tutor's academic thought,which is the academic experience in the pathogenesis of stasis and heat theory to guide the treatment of common diseases in andrology.In this article,we firstly introduced the historical evolution in the theory of stasis and heat,and its development in andrology department.In the above theory,my tutor firstly proposed that the theory of stasis and heat,which has broad guidance in treating diseases of andrology.What's more,he also put forward prescriptions for treatment with stasis syndrome in Jing Zhuo,Xue Jing,Zi Yong,et al.Secondly,we summarized the common prescriptions and clinical experience of Professor Xue in usage of the theory of stasis and heat to diagnose and treat andrological diseases.Thirdly,it is proved that the theory of stasis and heat can guide the treatment of type ? prostatitis with heat syndrome via conducting a clinical observation.In the end,in order to fully display the my tutor's academic experience,we summarized the general method of syndrome differentiation and treatment in treatment of common diseases of men in the application of stasis mechanism theory.
