Discussion On Pathogenesis Of Vitiligo Based On "Thinking" And Summary Of Tutor 's Experience

Vitiligo is a clinical common disease characterized by skin depigmentation.so far there is no special treatment for vitiligo. Modern medicine suspects the disease etiology and pathogenesis is quite complex, the generally accepted view is auto-immune theory. Medicine is a subject rely on empirical. The literature review part of this paper collate the understanding of vitiligo record by generations of scholars in ancient China and by dermatologist from home and abroad, aimed to analyze and discuss the cause and pathogenesis of vitiligo.Traditional Chinese medicine has high renown in the treatment of vitiligo of its good effects, and traditional Chinese medicine is deeply rooted in the xiang ideological system, a classical thinking system according to TCM manifestation. The text of this paper briefly illustrates the basic concepts of the xiang ideological system, how it works, and how it influence the principles in vitiligo treatment from the syndrome differentiation to prescription medication. Also, this paper introduces the unique "color manifestation theory"in vitiligo treatment.Mentor experience part is a summary introduced my mentor professor’s clinical experience and academic characteristics in the treatment of vitiligo,include how he regard to the cause and pathogenesis of vitiligo, points in syndrome differentiation and medicine principle, the basic recipe interpret. There are typical cases attached to this article, to clarify opinions all above.
