Study On The Effects Of Cystatin C?Homocysteine On The Early Diabetes Nephropathy Using She Jing Xiao Bai Capsule

Objective:To observe the effect of the treatment on early diabetic nephropathy using she jing xiao bai capsule.Methods:A total of 56 patients with early diabetic nephropathy were randomly divided into two groups,the treatment group and control group.both of The groups were given the basic treatment of diabetic nephropathy,moreover,the treatment group was given she jing xiao bai capsule 12 weeks.Using cystatin C(CysC),homocysteine(Hcy),24h urinary albumin as a quantitative evaluation of renal injury indicators to assess the effect of the therapy.Results:?In the treatment group,serum cystatin C After treatment significantly decreased compared with before treatment(P<0.01);In the treatment group,serum Hcy After treatment significantly decreased compared with before treatment(P<0.05);Two groups of 24h urine albumin after treatment were significantly lower than before treatment(P<0.05),And the treatment group was significantly lower than the control group.?The sex ratio of early diabetic nephropathy in this sample was male>female,but the number of samples was limited,and it was needed to expand the sample size for the further research.Conclusion:She jing xiao bai Capsule can effectively reduce 24 hour urinary protein in early diabetic nephropathy patients,reduce cystatin C and homocysteine levels,reduce urinary protein excretion.She jing xiao baiCapsule plays a positive and effective role in protecting renal function and delaying the progression of diabetic nephropathy.
