Objective:Through the observation group serum CysC and HCY levels, explore the development of type2diabetic retinopathy and the pathogenesis of diabetic nephropathy relevance for clinical in type2diabetic retinopathy early detection and protection of renal function and delay the onset of diabetic nephropathy.Methods:We collected from January2010to December2013in chengdu university of traditional Chinese medicine hospital in type2diabetic retinopathy "for the first diagnosis of244cases of hospitalized patients with medical healthy60cases. According to the type2diabetic retinopathy classification and whether the merger diabetic nephropathy group, group A:healthy people60cases; Group B:non proliferation stage of diabetic retinopathy (NPDR)56cases; Group C:hyperplasia of diabetic retinopathy (PDR)50cases; Group D:type2diabetic retinopathy with diabetic nephropathy (DN) of59cases. By observing the healthy people and patients with type2diabetic retinopathy at different stages of the serum CysC and HCY levels, explore the development of type2diabetic retinopathy and diabetic nephropathy correlation of the disease.Results:There were60cases of healthy people,244cases of patients, eliminate79(does not meet the inclusion criteria), A total of225cases, control group60cases (group A), the experimental group165cases (group B, C, D).Serum CysC level exists significant differences between groups (P<0.01), serum HCY levels exist significant differences between groups (P<0.01). Four groups of serum CysC and HCY levels are positively correlated, roughly CysC rise, HCY also increased accordingly.Conclusion:1with the development of type2diabetic retinopathy disease, the risk of diabetic nephropathy. Increased. 2with the development of type2diabetic retinopathy disease, serum CysC and HCY levels are all increased, both present certain correlation, but it is not a linear relationship.3. In clinic, while type2diabetic retinopathy patients does not appear obvious abnormal liver and kidney function, ophthalmologists should pay attention to observe serum CysC and HCY levels, in order to assess the glomerular filtration rate, monitoring of kidney function, to guide the clinical medication, prevent and delay the onset of diabetic nephropathy development.
