Research objective:Proposed a systematic assessment method in this study, combined with clinical randomized controlled trials of acupuncture and medicine for treating diabetes and its complications(randomized controlled trials,RCTs index),and Meta analysis,to further evaluate the clinical curative effect of combined acupuncture and medicine for treating diabetes and its complications and evidence related, and provide the basis for clinical decision makingResearch method:According to the standard of the work manual of the/Cochran cooperation network in the international evidence-based medicine(EBM),the inclusion criteria of the literature on the combination of acupuncture and medicine for the treatment of diabetes and its complications are formulated.China Wanfang database,CNKI database(CNKI),VIP journals database(VIP),Pubmed, manual retrieval database of Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine library. The literature included in the study was scored by the Jadad quality scoring method. The analysis software uses RevMan5.2.The ratio Ratio(OR)was used for the counting data, and the weighted mean number difference(WMD)was used in the measurement data. All the effects were expressed in 95%confidence interval(95%CI).Subgroup analysis was carried out based on the possible heterogeneity factors.According to the existence or not of heterogeneity, random effect model or fixed effect model can be selected. The forest map was used to evaluate the effect, and the funnel plot was used to analyze the bias.Research results:1.acupuncture combined treatment of diabetes compared with single drug therapy can effectively reduce the patients with postprandial blood glucose 2H and fasting blood glucose,[Peto,OR=5.79,95%CI(4.34,7.73),P<0.00001]?can better reduce glycated hemoglobin[PetoMD=-1.19,95%CI(-1.61,-0.76),P<0.00001].2.combination of acupuncture and medicine in treating diabetic nephropathy compared with single drug treatment efficacy of[Peto OR=3.49 95%CI(2.06,5.92),P<0.001],and lower in patients with diabetic nephropathy microalbuminuria([Peto MD=-66.46,95%CI-100.66,-32.26),P<0.001][Peto MD=-17.37,serum creatinine,95%CI(-27.00,-7.75),P<0.001],blood ureaN[Peto MD=-1.41,95%CI(-2.14,-0.69),P<0.001].At the same time,it can3.improve the related lipid metabolism disorders, reduce cholesterol[Peto MD=-1.04,95%CI(-1.73,-0.36),P=0.003]and triglyceride[PetoMD=-0.52,95%CI(-1.01,-0.03),P=0.04]content.4.in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy, compared with the same drug therapy alone has the advantage of[Peto OR=5.28 combined with acupuncture and medicine,95%CI(4.63,6.02,P<0.001]),acupuncture combined treatment compared with single drug therapy can significantly improve diabetic peripheral neuropathy, increased the median nerve[Peto SMD=1.18(0.92,1.45),95%CI,P,0.00001]the peroneal nerve[Peto SMD=1.20,95%CI(0.86,1.55),P<0.00001],ulnar nerve[Peto SMD=3.97 95%CI(1.58,6.37),P=0.001]and tibial nerve[Peto(1.08,2.16)SMD=1.62,95%CI,P<0.00001]sensory nerve conduction velocity, and increased the median nerve[Peto SMD=1.22,95%CI(0.98,1.46),P<0.00001],the peroneal nerve[Peto SMD=0.99,95%CI(0.71,1.27),P<0.00001],ulnar nerve[Peto SMD=2.81,95%CI(1.02,4.20),P=0.02]and tibial nerve[Peto(0.55,1.69)SMD=1.12,95%CI,P<0 The motor nerve conduction rate of 0001].5.The combination of 4 drugs is more effective than[Peto OR=4.1,95%CI(2.55,6.59)and P<0.0001]in the treatment of diabetic foot compared with single drug therapy.5.acupuncture combined with medicine is more effective than single drug therapy in the treatment of diabetic retinopathy. The difference is statistically significant([Peto OR=3.26,95%CI(2.16,4.93))(P<0.00001).Research conclusion:Acupuncture combined with medicine is more effective than single medication in the treatment of diabetes and related complications. However,a randomized multicenter large sample randomized controlled trial is needed to support this result..
