Diabetes is a major threat to the health of modern people.Related studies have shown that aerobic exercise is beneficial for diabetic patients to improve their antioxidant capacity and improve the health of patients. This study conducted a meta-analysis of the prevention and treatment of diabetes in Taijiquan. In the process of analysis, firstly,a large number of literatures were reviewed, and the classification and diagnostic criteria of diabetes were introduced in detail. The pathogenesis of oxidative stress in diabetes was briefly introduced, and the relevant research on diabetes exercise therapy was especially based on the existing literature. It is currently introduced in several mainstream exercise therapies. However, existing related research has proved that aerobic exercise is beneficial to diabetic patients to improve their antioxidant capacity and prevent comorbidities.Taichi has a long history and the concept of boxing is born out of the philosophical theory of ancient China.Subsequently, the literature collection and screening process of this study was introduced. From the literature search, the inclusion criteria of the literature were determined. After the initial screening, the literature was screened by reading the full text. After the completion of the screening of the literature, the data collection criteria of the study were formulated, and the target literature was used to extract the literature data of the target document with complete intervention measures and the test criteria meet the requirements, and the results of the target data collection of the study were formed. Finally, the prevention and treatment effect of Taijiquan on diabetes was analyzed, and the effects of various Taijiquan on the prevention and treatment of diabetes were analyzed to study the influence of Taijiquan on the three main diabetes indicators. The results show that Taijiquan has FBG for T2 MD patients. The three indicators of HbAlc and FINS have obvious improvement effects. In the analysis process, consulting a large number of literatures the classification and diagnostic criteria of diabetes were first introduced and the pathogenesis of oxidative stress in diabetes was briefly introduced.According to the existing literature the related research on diabetes exercise therapy is introduced and several current sports therapy are introduced.According to different types of Tai Chi,the subgroup analysis of the effects of various types of Taijiquan on the three indicators of diabetes was carried out.The results showed that the 24 style Taijiquan had the most obvious improvement on fasting blood glucose,Chen Style Taijiquan and 24 styles.Compared with other types of Tai Chi,Tai Chi Chuan has a more obvious effect on glycated hemoglobin, but the effect of fasting insulin can not be judged.Using the difference analysis between the treatment effect of the Taijiquan experimental group, the conventional treatment control group and the aerobic exercise control group, the meta-analysis of the effect of Taijiquan and aerobic exercise on the prevention and treatment of diabetes was carried out.The results showed that the 24-type Taijiquan experimental group and The improvement of diabetes prevention and control effect in the oxygen exercise control group was not obvious, but the analysis results were not statistically significant;the comparison of the prevention and control effects of other Taijiquan experimental group and aerobic exercise control group was also not obvious, and the analysis results were statistically significant; The contrast improvement of the prevention and treatment of diabetes in the Taijiquan experimental group and the aerobic exercise control group was also not obvious, and the analysis results were not statistically significant.
