Objective:On the basis of the relocation of the hospital site,the air laminar flow system in the ward area was put into use in the ICU ward.In the premise of ensuring staff daily work under the same choice as laminar system factors,through statistical analysis before and after the relocation of the same period,ICU syndrome type and age distribution of Qi and yin deficiency and infection of pathogenic bacteria was 70 year old patient,borrow this clear long hospital ICU specific pathogens the situation,further research in laminar air flow system to affect the distribution of pathogens in ICU.At the same time,it can also provide valuable experience for the reconstruction,expansion and even relocation of ICU in other hospitals.Methods:During the period from 2009 01 to December 2012,all patients with ICU admitted to Suzhou City Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine medical records,under the guidance of TCM theory,classification screening out Yin deficiency patients in two,and older than 70 years old as the condition,again selected from the case(total 669 cases).The collected cases were divided into the first group(2009-2010 years)and the post group(2011-2012 years)on the discharge date of 01 month,2011,on the discharge date.The first positive results were obtained from the pathogen culture during hospitalization in ICU(ICU regularly kept the pathogen culture samples during hospitalization to avoid asymptomatic infection).Among them,a patient had similar symptoms during hospitalization,but the result was always negative.It was negative.All the results will 669 summary to the "cultivation results of pathogenic bacteria statistics",were a group before and after comparison,samples from the group before and after the detection rate(infection rate)comparison in groups,pathogen distribution,comparison group before and after each kind of pathogenic bacteria distribution and pathogen distribution of various groups before and after the change of the research.All data were analyzed with SPSS22.0 software for statistical analysis and related tests.Results:(1)Comparison of sample sources:all case samples were taken from phlegm,blood,urine,and hydrothorax and ascites of the elderly patients with deficiency of Qi and Yin.The composition ratio of the sample before and after analysis was analyzed,and it was found that the source of the sample was basically similar.Therefore,we can think that there is no difference in the composition of sample sources before and after the air laminar flow system in the ward.(2)Comparison and analysis of the detection rate of the front and back groups:the positive rate of the two groups of pathogens before and after the comparison was only small fluctuation in the positive rate of each year.According to the actual clinical situation,we think that the positive rate of more than 70 years of age in patients with ICU infection during hospitalization and the incidence of positive correlation,and the positive rate of the results is higher than that of the positive rate of the average level,further analysis of the distribution of pathogenic bacteria can be the detection results in.(3)Pathogen distribution of positive results:the major categories of pathogens were compared before and after the positive results in the ratio,compared to the previous group after group of gram negative bacteria decreased,gram positive bacteria proportion decreased slightly,an increase in the proportion of fungi(P<0.05).(4)Changes in the distribution of various pathogenic bacteria group:before and after the two groups before and after,the top three accounted for the highest proportion of pathogens were changed by Pseudomonas aeruginosa,the former group of Escherichia coli and Candida albicans to Candida pneumonia,after the group of Klebsiella and Acinetobacter Bauman.Conclusion:(1)In the condition of deficiency of Qi and Yin and old aged,the infection rate of the patients is higher than that of the whole hospital,and the type of patient is more susceptible to infection.(2)The air laminar flow system in the sick area changed the distribution of pathogenic bacteria in the elderly patients with deficiency of Qi and Yin.(3)The results of the later group can provide experience for the early treatment of infection in this type of syndrome in our hospital,and it can also provide some experience for other hospitals to rebuild,expand or even relocate ICU.
