Clinical And Imaging Analysis Of 24 Cervical Arterial Dissections

Objective To investigate the clinical and imaging features of the cervical arterial dissection in order to improve the understanding of cervical arterial dissections for early diagnosis and early treatment.Method The data of 24 patients diagnosed with cervical artery dissection in the fifth affiliated hospital of Zhengzhou University from June 2014 to October 2017 were collected.The age,gender,risk factors,clinical manifestations,and imaging data and treatment of these patients were retrospectively analyzed..Results The data of 24 patients diagnosed with cervical artery dissection in the fifth affiliated hospital of Zhengzhou University from June 2014 to October 2017 were collected.The age,gender,risk factors,clinical manifestations,and imaging data and treatment of these patients were retrospectively analyzed.Conclusion The clinical manifestations of the carotid artery dissection are various and it is a common cause of ischemic cerebrovascular disease in young adults.It should be highly vigilant.Drug therapy is currently the preferred method for the treatment of carotid artery dissection.The factors affecting the recanalization rate are not yet clear.More rigorous research plans are needed to discuss...
