The Clinical Observation Of YiQiXuGu Mixture Liquid Effect On The BMD And Relative Markers Of Primary Osteoporosis Fracture Of Distal Radius

Objective:This research aimed at observing the effects of YiQiXuGu mixture liquid on the amelioration situations of BMD(Bone Matrix Density)and other relative markers as well as investigating the dislocation regulation of TCM identification pattern of primary OP to check the treatment efficacy of combination of TCM and western medicine,providing the corresponding evidences for preventing and treating OP.Method:From December 2016 to January 2018 selected the 72 cases diagnosed as distal radius fracture taking preserved(no operation)treatment and regarded as less BMD or osteoporosis by DUA checking,through Random Number Table Method randomly divided into treatment group and control group36 ceses in each group,during the treatment 4cases lost 2 cases disposed in treatment group,34 cases lost 3 cases disposed in control group.The ages gender Body Mass Index(BMI)base markers of BMD had no statistical differences(P>0.05).Treatment group: given with Calcitonin Injection Liquid(YiGaiNing)by IM,Calcium Carbonate D3 Pill(GaiErQi D600 Pill)and YiQiXuGu mixture liquid(ShangSiHao)by OP.Control group:given with Calcitonin Injection Liquid(YiGaiNing)byIM,Calcium Carbonate D3 Pill(GaiErQi D600 Pill)by OP.The treatment period lasted for 1 month,clinical observation period for 3 month.Rechecked the patients and recorded the researching data according to the intervals(3d 7d 4w 7w),patients were forbidden to use other drug or treatment known to affect bone mineral density except in the study.Analyzed the data with SPSS22.0 statistical software.Data were represented by average±standard deviation(`x±s),t-checking analyzed the counting amount data,X2-checking analyzed the counting number data,rank sum test analyzed the Class-source,P< 0.05 stands for the statistical meaning,vice versa.Results:1.The main observation indicators of bone mineral density in this study,both groups before and after treatment have improved.There was no statistical difference between the control group and the control group before and after the treatment group.In the absence of statistical difference in baseline data between the two groups,the increase in bone mineral density was more pronounced in the treatment group than in the control group.After statistical analysis of P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.2.Cooney wrist joint score reflected the pain function edema.After the treatment the clinical symptom of treatment group ameliorated and were better than those of control group.P<0.05 having statistical meaning.3.The drugs used by 2 groups were common treatment drugs,safe responsible for long-time use,no side-effect or toxic effect existed during the study time.4.Referring to the ?diagnosis and treatment for common disease in TCM internal department—osteoporosis? the primary osteoporosis were divided into 4 pattern identification types: weak Yang kidney weak Yinliver and kidney weak Yang spleen and kidney blood and Qi stasis.Osteoporosis belonged to weak Yin liver and kidney prevailed among the primary osteoporosis located in KunMing district.Conclusion:YiQiXuGu mixture liquid was safe and efficacy-making in the clinical observation research for primary osteoporosis,improving the clinical symptom while increasing the BMD of OP patients.
