The Clinical Research On The Hypothyroidism Of Spleen Kidney Yang Deficiency Syndrome After The Therioma Chemotherapy With The Treatment Of Wen Shen Nuan Pi Decoction

Objective: Through the clinical study,We observed and objectively evaluated the clinical efficacy of the hypothyroidism of spleen kidney yang deficiency syndrome after the therioma chemotherapy with the treatment of Wen Shen Nuan Pi Decoction.To lay a foundation for the treatment of this type of patient according to TCM syndrome differentiation thought.Providing a safe and effective traditional Chinese medicine clinical treatment of the hypothyroidism of spleen kidney yang deficiency syndrome after the therioma chemotherapy.Method: This study was a randomized and parallel controlled trial.The fifty cases were randomly divided into two groups,twenty-five patients in the treatment group and twenty-five in the control group.Patients in treatment group were given Wen Shen Nuan Pi Decoction,Levothyroxine Sodium Tablets and Shenqi Fuzheng Injection.Patients in control group were given Levothyroxine Sodium Tablets and Shenqi Fuzheng Injection.The trial lasted two courses,each course had 10 days.Took an observation before and after treatment in patients on the changes in thyroid function,TCM syndrome and quality of life.Statistical analysis was performed on the results.Results: 1.Two groups of cases in the treatment of efficient:the treatment group effective rate was 92.00%,the control effectiveness 52.00%.Treatment group effectiveness is higher than the control group(P <0.01).2.Spleen kidney yang deficiency syndrome integral: after the treatment of two groups' syndrome integral were improved(P < 0.01),but the effect of the treatment group was significantly better than that of control group(P < 0.01).3.Thyroid function: after treatment,thyroid function of two groups all had improved(P < 0.01).The treatment group's thyroid function was better than the control group's(P < 0.05).4.Quality of life(QOL)score : After the clinical study,The QOL score in both groups has increased significantly(P < 0.01).In which that treatment group is significantly superior to the control group(P < 0.01).5.Heart rate and Myocardial ischemia:the heart rate of two groups was faster than that before treatment(P < 0.01).The obvious difference between the two groups(P < 0.01).The fluctuation is within the normal range.No significant difference between the two groups in terms of myocardial ischemia after treatment.6.Immune function: two groups of patients with T cell subgroup(CD3+/LY,CD4+CD8+/LY)all had a significant improvement after treatment(P < 0.01).The treatment group was effective compared to the control group in terms of CD3+/LY but had no difference with control group on CD4+CD8+/LY.7.Safety Indicators: two groups of patients with blood routine index(RED,WED HGB)had a improvement after treatment(P < 0.05).PLT of the treatment had a improvement after treatment and the control group had no difference than before.Increases after the routine blood values were in normal range.Liver function,renal function,routine urine test and stool routine examination's safety indexes of the two groups after treatment had no abnormal fluctuations.No adverse reactions were observed in the two groups during the trial.Conclusion: Wen Shen Nuan Pi Decoction has obvious curative effect on the treatment of the hypothyroidism of spleen kidney yang deficiency syndrome after the therioma chemotherapy,and can effectively improve that clinical symptoms of the patients,to enhancing daily life quality,the experiment is safe and effective without obvious side effect.
