Clinical Effect Of Professor Lin Yaming Experience In Treating Migraine(Turbid Type)

Objective:Observation of the clinical efficacy of Professor(9)(9)(9)experience in treating migraine(turbid phlegm type).Methods: A randomized,prospective,positive-controlled clinical trial was used.Diagnostic criteria for the inclusion of migraine Western diagnostic criteria and Chinese Medicine headache(turbid type)patients.The treatment group was treated with tutor experience.Each take 150 ml,fry orally,2nd 1 doses,three times after dinner Wenser.Treatment of 1 groups with headache ning capsule.Oral,3 capsules,3 times a day.The control group was treated with Flunarizine hydrochloride capsules in 2 groups,Oral 10 mg,1 times per night,take before bedtime.Treatment: Each group of patients were taking drugs 1 months,1 months after the evaluation of curative effect.Before treatment,let each patient have a VAS score on the headache,headache attack frequency using mean plus minus standard deviation to describe the specific number of episodes per month,headache duration using scoring for analysis,1 months after taking medicine to score again,compared to 3 groups of drugs headache points.Using SPSS17.0 to carry out data statistic analysis,draw the conclusion.Results: The number of episodes,headache and duration of migraine in three groups were significantly decreased after treatment.1.After the treatment of three groups of headache seizures were significantly reduced,compared with the treatment before,p is 0.01,suggesting the treatment of three groups of migraine patients attack times are significantly reduced.After treatment,the number of headache episodes in the three groups compared to the Independent sample T test,p<0.01,the difference has significant statistical significance,suggesting that the treatment group of migraine attacks are significantly better than the control group.2.After the treatment,the three groups of headache were significantly reduced,compared with before the treatment,p is 0.01,suggesting that the three groups after the treatment of migraine duration is significantly shortened.After treatment,the duration of headache in the three groups was compared with the Independent sample T test,p<0.01,the difference was statistically significant,suggesting that the duration of migraine in treatment group was significantly shorter than the control group.3.Compared with the total score of headache after treatment,p was 0.01,suggesting that three groups of migraine were significantly improved.After treatment,the total score of headache in three groups was compared with the Independent sample T test and p<0.01,the difference was statistically significant.It suggested that the improvement of migraine in treatment group was better than that in control group.4.Compared with total curative effect after treatment,treatment group 34 cases,clinical cure 10 Cases(29.4%),effect 14 cases(41.1%),effective 5 cases(14.7%),invalid 5 cases(14.7%),total effective rate 85.3%,control 1 Group 30 cases,clinical cure 8 Cases(26.7%),markedly effect 8 cases(26.7%,effective 8 cases(26.7%)Invalid 6 cases(20%),total effective rate 80%,Control 2 Group 40 cases,clinical cure 10 Cases(25%),effect 10 cases(25%),effective 8 cases(20%)Invalid 12 cases(30%),total effective rate 70%.Conclusion:The results showed that the tutor experience,headache ning capsule and flunarizine hydrochloride capsule were effective in treating migraine,but the tutor experience was superior to headache ning capsules and Flunarizine hydrochloride capsules in relieving headache,reducing the number of headaches and shortening the duration of headache.
