Professor Zhu Cui-ling's Clinical Experience In Treating Coronary Heart Disease With Depression

Objective: Through summarizing medical records and medical professor Zhu Cuiling Coronary artery disease with depression disease treatment clinic,it summarized the clinical experience of Professor Zhu Cuiling in the treatment of Coronary artery disease with depression medication regularity and treatment of Coronary artery disease with depression.Methods:The clinic with Professor Zhu Cuiling,Professor Zhu Cuiling firsthand,collected from 2014 to 2017 outpatient medical records of Professor Zhu Cuiling in the treatment of Coronary artery disease with depression in patients with a total of251 cases,Involving a total of 648 prescriptions,this study recruited patients first diagnosed medical record information,to collect input cases involving drugs,and all the data were input into the database the data,and use medical statistical methods for statistical analysis,including the frequency analysis and association rules,discussion and analysis are summarized,analyzed the results,combined with Pro.Zhu's clinical treat ment Coronary artery disease with depression disease characteristics,summarized the clinical experience of Professor Zhu Cuiling in treating Coronary artery disease with depression.Combine classical theory with clinical practice,to summarize Pro.Zhu Cuiling's treatment of coronary heart disease with depression,Summarize the mentor of coronary heart disease with depression,etiology and pathogenesis of the understanding,clinical syndrome differentiation and treatment characteristics.Results:(1)Frequency analysis showed that 20 Chinese herbs were commonly used by Prof.Zhu cuiling in treating Coronary artery disease with depression:Licorice,Hawthorn,Poria,Bupleurum,Salvia,Citrusaurantium,Pinellia,White peony root,turmeri scutellaria baicalensis,codonopsis,atractylodes,alisma,turmeric,puerarin,gardenia,suan zaoren,trichosanthes,astragalus,cassia twig;the majority of thesedrugs are tonic me dicine,Heat medicine,solution medicine,blood stasis medicine,Phlegcough and asthma drugs.The mojority drugsbelong to the cold-cool drugs,warm drugs,neutral drugs and Liver meridian,Lung meridian,Spleen meridian,Stomach meridian,Kidney meridian,Heart Meridian are dominate in the drugs.Reflects the mentor in the treatment of coronary heart disease with depression and pay attention to cold anduse,to flat period.Simultaneously,syndromes to cold and heat complex,theactual situation mixed with the main,while both blood stasis,phlegm and other pathological factors.(2)Analyze by association rules,the core ingredients for the treatment of Coronary artery disease with depression can be summarized as following:bupleurum,pinellia,scutellaria baicalensis,citrus aurantium,poria,salvia,turmeric,white peony root,hawth orn,licorice.etc.The drugs used mainly in the small Chaihu soup in the frequency of the majority of drugs.(3)The association rule analysis show that the higher frequency of drug combinatio ns included:(1)Poria-Hawthorn,(2)Bupleurum-Poria,(3)Poria-Salvia,(4)Citrus aurantiumPoria-Salvia,(5)Pinellia-Bupleurum,(6)Pinellia-Poria,(7)Bupleurum-Salvia,(8)HawthornWhite peony root,(9)turmeric-Hawthorn;In addition,Association analysis found that among Bupleurum,codonopsis,scutellaria baicalensis,Pinellia,White peony root;trichosa nthes,Allium white,Pinellia;trichosanthes,Allium white,cassia twig;Silkworms,turmeric,Cicada;Prince Edward,Ophiopogon japonicus,Schisandra,five herbs in the composition were highly related to herbs out of the composition,whic-h implied that Prof.Zhu often used the treatment method of movement form of Qi which conform to the characteristics of diseased organs,reconcile liver andspleen,accommodate prescriptions according to pathogenesis.It alsoshowed that she emphasized the academic thoughts of the deficient root of Coronary artery di-sease with depression.And to promote blood circulation,dehumidification phlegm,Xuanbi Tong Yang,replenishing qiand blood.At the same time,combined with theliver for the five internal organs of the thief vulnerableto evil and its dirtyphysiological characteristics and the five elements of the law of transmission,through the fourdiagnostic parameters to determine the development and outcome of the disease,the first nonevil ingredients for the treatment of Coronary artery disease with depression can be summarized as following:bupleurum,pinellia,salvia,turmeric,scutellaria baicalensis,citrus aurantium,poria,white peony root,hawthorn,licorice.(3)Pathogenesis characteristics is based on gas stagnation of Shaoyang,both liver and gallbladder disorders,triple burner poor.(4)Pay attention from the perspective of Shaoyang and governance,Shuhe liver and gallbladder,adjust the air machine,and promote blood circulation,dehumidification phlegm,Xuanbi Tong Yang,replenishing qi and blood.(5)Relieving gas stagnancy in
