Clinical Observation Of Jinpiyangxin Decoction In Treatment Of Senile Dementia (Heart-spleen Deficiency Type)

Objective:Though observe the effect of Jianpi Yangxin Decoction and Donepezil Hydrochloride Tablets on the scores of MMSE,ADL and TCM syndrome in patients with mild to moderate heart-spleen deficiency type senile dementia,to evaluate The clinical value of Jianpi Yangxin DecoctionMethods:60 cases of patients who met the inclusion criteria of two spleen deficiency type senile dementia,were randomly divided into two groups.The treatment group was given Jianpi Yangxin Decoction,the control group was given Duonaiqi hydrochloride tablets in the treatment;two groups were treated for 8 consecutive weeks,after the end of the course of treatment,the two groups of patients were observed in the mini-mental state examination(MMSE),activities of daily living(ADL),TCM syndrome points and other changes,to evaluate the clinical curative effect of Jianpi Yangxin Decoction in the treatment of senile dementia(heart-spleen deficiency type).Results:1.The cognitive function of two groups after treatment were significantly improved,respectively in the two groups before and after treatment MMSE score comparison,there was significant difference(P < 0.05),two groups of MMSE score after treatment were compared between groups,no significant difference(P > 0.05).After treatment,the two groups were evaluated,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 80%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 73.3.0%.There was no significant difference between the two groups(P > 0.05)2.Capacity of the two groups after treatment were significantly improved,respectively in the two groups before and after treatment ADL score comparison,there was significant difference(P < 0.05),two groups of ADL score after treatment were compared between groups,no significant difference(P > 0.05).After treatment,the two groups were evaluated,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 83.3%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 76.7%.There was no significant difference between the two groups(P > 0.05)3.Two groups after treatment of TCM syndromes were improved,respectively,before and after treatment in the two groups of TCM syndrome scores were compared,there were significant differences(P < 0.05).Two groups after treatment of TCM syndrome integral components,there were significant differences(P < 0.05).After treatment,the two groups were evaluated,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 86.7%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 66.7%.There was significant difference between the two groups(P < 0.05).The treatment group compared with the control group in the single treatment group in improving TCM symptoms,pale complexion,burnout and think lying,looked indifferent,worry and less hanppy.shortness of breath,yellow complexion,limbs cold,poor appetite have obvious advantages in terms of diet and other symptoms(P < 0.05).4.Two groups of patients before and after the treatment of safety indicators were not found abnormal changes in the treatment period,there was no adverse reaction in the two groups.Conclusions:In the improvement of senile dementia(deficiency of two)cognitive ability and behavior ability of patients,a spleen Yangxin Decoction and Donepezil Hydrochloride Tablets efficacy,Jianpi Yangxin Decoction in improving TCM syndrome,especially in improving the pale complexion,burnout and think lying,looked indifferent,worry and less hanppy.shortness of breath,yellow complexion,limbs cold,poor appetite and other symptoms better than Duonaiqi Hydrochloride tablets.The clinical application of Jianpi Yangxin Decoction has no advers reaction and toxic side effect,which provides a new theory and method for the treatment of senile dementia.
