Objective:? To explore the distribution characteristics of TCM syndr-ome elements and TCM syndrome of acute coronary syndrome(ACS).?To explore the distribution characteristics of TCM syndrome elements in the distribution of TIMI risk stratification of acute coronary syndrome(ACS).?To analyze the relation of TCM syndrome elements and acute coronary yndrome TIMI risk stratification.?For provide evidence for intervention measures to coronary atherosclerosis sex heart disease patients combined with traditional Chinese and western medicine health management.Methods:?206 patients as the research object from hospitalized in the first affiliated hospital of Henan university of Chinese traditional medicine which were cardiology and diagnosis of acute coronary syndrome In June 2016-January 2017.?Take the cross-sectional survey model, through clinic-al epidemiological survey, collect patients' general information,cardiovasc-ular risk factors,TCM symptoms, related to the physical and chemical ins-pection,the results of the coronary artery mirror,TCM syndrome factor and syndrome type of traditional Chinese medicine, traditional Chinese and western medicine diagnosis information, and calculate the TIMI risk score, the complete case watch list.? Statistical methods using spssl8.0 statistical software using frequency analysis method, statistical symptoms,TCM syndrome elements of traditional Chinese medicine,TCM syndrome type distribution;Select frequency is greater than 5%of the main symptoms of TCM clustering analysis;Statistics of TCM syndrome elements based on the distribution of the TIMI risk stratification of acute coronary syndrome(ACS);And further analysis of TCM syndrome elements and TIMI risk stratification of acute coronary syndrome(ACS).Results:?Symptoms distribution:206 cases of acute coronary syndrome patients, subjective symptoms of the top ten Chinese medicine:1.Chest tightness(99.5%);2.Chest pain(94.7%);3.Fatigue(80.1%);4.Shortness of breath(79.6%);5.Tired fatigue(76.7%);6.Palpitation(74.8%);7.Less gas lazy words(58.3%);8.Dizziness(55.8%);9.The sweat(51.5%);10.More than Dream(47.6%).?TCM syndrome elements and TIMI risk stratification of acute coronary syndrome(ACS)relationships:206 cases of patients, low latent danger in 52 cases,95 cases,59 patients at risk groups, and between the elements distribution of syndromes by comparison there is a difference between groups(P<0.05).And with incremental risk stratification, blood stasis,Qi deficiency syndrome,Yin deficiency syndrome frequency increasing accordingly. Conclusion:TCM syndrome elements and the correlation between acute coronary syndrome, coronary heart disease(CHD)patients with blood stasis, deficiency syndrome,Yin deficiency, may indicate the risk of acute corona-ry syndrome. This topic to provide new ideas for coronary heart disease health management with traditional Chinese and western, available for reference.
