Analysis Of The Demand Attributes Of Children Health Care Service Based On Kano Model

ObjectiveTo explore the attribute category demand of children health care s ervice,exploring potential nursing service requirements project,it is concluded that the needs of nursing service satisfaction and importance,in combination with the importance-satisfaction quadrant diagram,finally obtain the service demand of quadrant distribution,thus put forward the feasible strategies for improving children`s health care services.MethodThis study is divided into three stages :the first stage,thourgh the early implementation of relevant literature and summarized,combined with the structure of 10 children health workers and 20 of children admitted of families of the interview results,summarized the children health care service needs 37 items.In the second stage,the preliminary research results as the foundation,designed by the children's health care service demand questionnaire pre survey,and the pre survey data for statistical analysis,of which 7 delete the project needs to obtain the 30 needs of children health care service entry.The third stage analysis method based on Kano model,designed by the Kano model of children's health care needs questionnaire,take a random convenience sampling method,questionnaire a survey of 300 children admitted to the family.Results30 nursing service needs:1 for the essential attributes,the 12 is the desired attributes,the 17 is the charm of the property,no irrelevant attributes,no extraneous attributes,reverse attributes,and suspicious results.Quadrant:there are 4 services in the dominant area,there are 10 services to improve the area,there are 5 services in the observation area,there are reservations in the area of 11.ConclusionNursing management in improving the nursing service,should first clear improvement objectives.According to the results of Kano model analysis and the combination of hierarchical quadrant,improvement of nursing service,continue to maintain the necessary quality of service,and constantly improve the level of Service expectations,intentions to create attractive service demand.
