A Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder With Jing Ling Oral Liquid

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Jing Ling oral liquid in the treatment of Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder children liver and kidney deficiency,compared with the western medicine---Atomoxetine Hydrocholoride,Methods:Sixty-five cases of liver and kidney deficiency ADHD children(at the gae of 6-12)were selected with certain diagnostic standard.The treatment group(33cases)was treated with Jing Ling oral liquid and the control group(32 cases)was treated with ATX.Both groups continuously take medicine for 12 weeks.Record the changes in their attention and hyperactivity syndrome according to SNAP-IV and IVA-CPT.Meanwhile,observe the changes in their indication of TCM according to TCM Syndrome score.Results:1.SNAP-IV:the effective rate in the treatment group is 54.5%,the scores of hyperactivity-impulsivity and ODD showed a significant decrease.Comparison before and after treatment was statistically significant difference.(P<0.01)2.IVA-CPT:The control quotient of the control group increases after the treatment.Comparison before and after treatment was statistically significant difference.(P<0.01)3.The symptoms of total TCM:Hyperactivity restless,loquacious,impulsive,irritable scores of the treatment froup decreased.Comparison before and after treatment was statistically significant difference.(P<0.01)4.According to SNAP-IV,the control group's scores of attention deficit and hyperactivity are lower than the treatment group 's.Comparison before and after treatment was statistically significant difference.(P<0.05).The control group's scores of control quotient,attention quotient are higher than the treatment group 's.Comparison before and after treatment was statistically significant difference.(P<0.01)Conclusions:Jing Ling oral liquid can effectively improve the basic symptoms(hyperactivity-impulsivity)of ADHD children and reduce the degree of ODD.As for ADHD children with target for improving hyperactivity impulsivity,Jing Ling oral liquid is safe and effective.
