The Clinical Observation Of Autohemotherapy Combined With Chinese Medicine In The Treatment Of Localized Vitiligo

Objectives:To take patients with localized vitiligo as research objects,observe the clinical curative effect and safety of autohemotherapy combined with Chinese medicine.Providing a safe and effective treatment for localized vitiligo.Methods:40 patients(49 pieces)with leucoderma were randomly divided into 2 groups,with 20 cases(26 pieces)in the treatment group and 20 cases(23 pieces)in the control group.Treatment group was treated with autohemotherapy combined with Chinese medicine.Control group was treated with simply autohemotherapy.The groups were treated for 3 courses,4 times every course and once per week.3 months later,comparing clinical curative effect,skin lesion curative effect,changes in skin lesion area and pigment score before and after treatment.Observe the adverse reactions in the treatment process,note the events and evaluate its safety.Results:3 months later,the treatment group,5 cases were cured,13 cases were effective,the clinical efficiency is 90.0%,the control group,1 case was cured,10 cases were effective,the clinical efficiency was 55.0%,the curative effects of two groups have statistical significance(p<0.05);the treatment group,7 pieces were cured,16 pieces were effective,the skin lesion efficiency is 88.5%,the control group,1 piece was cured,11 pieces were effective,the skin lesion efficiency was 52.2%,the skin lesion effects of two groups have statistical significance(p<0.05);the average area of vitiligo in the treatment group was 1.27±1.13(cm2)and the control group was2.18±1.64(cm2),there was statistical significance(p<0.05);the average pigment score of the treatment group was 2.16 ± 0.82 while the control group was 1.42±0.71,there was statistical significance(p<0.05);During the course,the treatment group had 2 adverse reactions,the control group had 1,there was no statistical significance(p>0.05).4 Conclusion:The clinical curative efficiency of autohemotherapy is excellent,the efficiency is better when combind with Chinese medicine-vitiligo soul in clinical efficiency,skin lesion efficiency,vitiligo area and pigment score.The treatment takes little money and operates easily.
