Objective:With the high rate of incidence and morbidity, stroke, especially cerebral ischemic stroke, which is the most common pattern, calls for our attention. We intend to observe the correlation of common Chinese medical differentiations and motor function prognosis,to provide furthermore evidence for predicting prognosis based on clinical Chinese medical pattern;Method:60 cerebral ischemic stroke patients with course above 6 months were involved in the experiment. They were divided into 2 groups(Qixuxueyu&Tanyujiaozu),according to Chinese Medical pattern identification standards.Then,3-metres TUG and 10-metres fastest walking speeds,as well as ADL assessment of both groups were all recorded and compared.Result:After standard rehabilitation therapy,we collected all 3 indications. As it is shown in the statistical results,ADL grade goes lower, while 3-metres TUG and 10-metres fastest walking speed go higher, with the growth of age.At the same time,ADL grades of Tanyujiaozu group are significantly higher or superior than Qixuxueyu group(P ?0.05)Conclusion:Daily viability and motor function of patients get worse with growth of age.Qixu?Tan?Xueyu are major symptomatic factors of cerebral ischemic stroke patients during the stage of sequelae. After combination among factors,Tanyujiaozu and Qixuxueyu are 2 major patterns of vertebral ischemic stroke patients,of which Qixuxueyu groups living a lower-quality life and worse rehabilitation performance in motor function.
