With the development of society and the change of life style, stroke has become one of the main diseases harmful to human health.Stroke is mainly related to old age, hypertension, diabetes and bad lifestyle, usually including ischemic and hemorrhagic diseases, with four high characteristics: high incidence, high recurrence rate, high mortality and disability rate, bringing heavy pressure to China’s health cause.Ischemic stroke is commonly known as cerebral infarction. The main cause is local cerebral artery occlusion caused by atherosclerosis and neurological defects.Since the motor cortex recovered quickly and the effect was relatively good, this paper selected motor function rehabilitation as the evaluation index, and the modified Barthel index(MBI)and Fugl-Meyer(FMA)scores were used to represent the effect of motor function rehabilitation. In the clinical rehabilitation work, the author found that patients with ischemic stroke with better motor function recovery usually have a positive attitude towards themselves and others, can effectively seek help and emotional support, optimistic face of the disease, and high compliance with rehabilitation treatment.Patients with poor motor function recovery often do not believe in themselves and others in the treatment process, after the disease always feel that they are a burden to their families,is a burden to their families, they want to rely on their families for everything, but also worry that their relatives and friends look down on them, often complicated with depression, anxiety, rehabilitation treatment compliance is poor.Literature review found that the above patients’ attitude and performance differences in coping with disease were not related to the infarct site, but related to attachment style. Many studies have proved that cognitive emotion regulation strategies are closely related to individual attachment style. In stressful situations, securely attached individuals are more likely to seek support and achieve success than non-securely attached individuals. In order to further explore the influencing factors of motor function rehabilitation in patients with ischemic stroke, this paper analyzed the relationship among adult attachment style, cognitive emotion regulation strategy and motor function rehabilitation in patients with ischemic stroke by reviewing the connection points between personality psychology and neurorehabilitation medicine. The effects of group counseling on cognitive emotion regulation strategy and motor function rehabilitation of insecure attachment patients were investigated.Study 1 matching a rehabilitation hospital in Shanghai to inclusion criteria,191 patients with ischemic stroke, first ECR scale test, according to the result of ECR is divided into secure attachment(low anxiety-avoidance)and not secure attachment, which includes fear(high anxiety-avoidance),cold type(low anxiety-high avoidance),obsessed with anxiety(high-low to avoid). Then all subjects were evaluated by CERQ,FMA and MBI scales. After the same clinical intervention,FMA and MBI scales were tested again. Finally, the mediating effect of emotion regulation strategy on attachment style and motor function recovery was examined.Study 2 took group intervention as the method, based on study 1,58 patients with insecure attachment were selected and randomly divided into experimental group and control group.According to emotion regulation theory, group counseling program was designed for the experimental group for 8 weeks of psychological intervention,120 minutes each time, once a week.To investigate whether group psychological counseling has significant influence on the cognitive emotion regulation strategy and motor function rehabilitation effect of insecure attachment patients..The results of study 1 showed that:The results of one-way anova of FAM exercise(Fug L-Meyer)index and MBI(Modified Barthel)index before and after rehabilitation training showed that,Fugl-meyer and Modified Barthel indexes, posttest indicators of motor function rehabilitation, showed significant differences in attachment style and emotion regulation strategy level(P < 0.001).The scores of fugl-Meyer and modified Barthel index of secure patients were significantly higher than those of insecure(infatuation, apathetic and fearful)attachment patients.Correlation analysis of CERQ assessment results(positive emotion regulation strategy and negative emotion regulation strategy)with post-test Fugl-Meyer index and Barthel index showed that positive emotion regulation strategy had significant positive correlation with motor function rehabilitation effect(0 < R < 1).There was a significant negative correlation between negative emotion regulation strategy and motor function rehabilitation effect(-1 < R < 0).Finally,the mediating effect test showed that emotional regulation strategy played a mediating role between attachment style and motor function rehabilitation. The results of repeated measures anova in study 2 showed that the Fugl-Meyer index and modified Barthel index representing the rehabilitation effect of exercise function in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group after regiment-assisted intervention. This study finally draws a conclusion:(1)Under the same rehabilitation program, the motor function rehabilitation effect of secure attachment individuals is better,The rehabilitation effect of motor function of the individuals with insecure attachment is poor.(2)Secure attachment patients were better at using positive emotion regulation strategies, while insecure attachment individuals were more likely to use negative emotion regulation strategies.(3)Cognitive emotion regulation strategies had a mediating effect on attachment style and motor function recovery.(4)Group-assisted program designed based on emotion regulation theory can improve the rehabilitation effect of motor function in patients with insecure attachment.
