| ObjectiveTo explore the curative effect of ZiWuLiuZhu heat-sensitive moxibustion therapy for the treatment of senile nocturia,and to provide the clinical basis for the treatment of ZiWuLiuZhu heat-sensitive moxibustion therapy.MethodsThe patients who received acupuncture department of the hospital from December 2015 to July 2017 were randomly divided into treatment group(ZiWuLiuZhu heat-sensitive moxibustion group)and control group(mild moxibustion group),50 cases in each group.Treatment plan:treatment group in Guanyuan(RN 4),Qihai(RN 6),Ciliao(BL 32,double),Yongquan(KI 1,double)preferred the period of the day from 5 p.m.to 7 p.m,second the period of the day from 3 p.m.to 5 p.m.,heat-sensitive moxibustion therapy,moxibustion to appear thermal phenomenon of acupoints;The control group take the same meridian line mild moxibustion therapy,moxibustion 30-60 min.Treatment 5 days rest 2 days for one course of treatment,continuous treatment of two courses.Observation time and benchmark:3 days prior to the treatment,treatment respectively at the end of the end of three days to observe the change of the average number of two groups of patients with nocturia,degree of observed before and after treatment in patients with urinary frequency,Pittsburgh sleep treatment index scale(PSQI)score,nocturia impact on the quality of life questionnaire(N-QOL)score,bladder residual urine volume changes.The number of nocturia and frequency of urinary frequency were mainly observed,and the other three were secondary observation indexes.All data were analyzed using SPSS17.0 software package to evaluate the clinical efficacy and feasibility of ZiWuLiuZhu heat-sensitive moxibustion therapy for the treatment of senile nocturia.ResultsTwo groups of patients were age,hospitalization days,sex and TCM syndrome type,degree of treatment on the eve of the average number of urine,PSQI score,N-QOL score,bladder residual urine volume(P>0.05,there was no statistically significant difference,comparable.During the test period,the night urine symptoms were compared with the two groups before and after the intervention.The main observation was that the number of night urine was decreased,the frequency of urinary frequency improved,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).After the intervention compared two groups of clinical curative effect,night urination number,degree of frequency difference was statistically significant(P<0.01),the treatment group(ZiWuLiuZhu heat-sensitive moxibustion group)total effective rate reached 98%,the control group(mild moxibustion group)efficiency reached 88%,is similar between the two groups have statistical significance(P<0.01).In terms of sleep situation,the two groups were compared before and after the intervention,and the secondary observation indicator PSQI score decreased,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Compared with the control group(mild moxibustion group),PSQI score difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).In terms of quality of life,the two groups were compared before and after the intervention,and the secondary observation index N-QOL scores increased,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).Compared with the control group(mild moxibustion group),the difference of N-QOL scores was statistically significant(P<0.01).In the bladder residual volume,before and after the intervention of the ZiWuLiuZhu heat-sensitive moxibustion group,the residual urine volume of bladder was decreased,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),but compared with the control group,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Comparison of residual urinary volume of bladder before and after intervention of control group,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).ConclsionTreatment group compared with before intervention can effectively improve the symptoms of senile patients with nocturia,(reducing frequency of nocturia,improve the degree of frequent urination,improve sleep quality and quality of life,reduce bladder residual urine volume),and compared with the control effect is more significant,especially after the two period of treatment,improve the symptoms of urinary frequency and extremely significant effect of raising the quality of life,no adverse reactions associated with the treatment were found,and the clinical use was safe and reliable.Therefore,ZiWuLiuZhu heat-sensitive moxibustion is worth popularization and application in clinic. |
