Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Rheumatoid Arthritis With Gubentongbi Drugs Cupping Therapy

ObjectiveThis study of the traditional bamboo cupping therapy and the GubenTongbi drugs are combined to form a drugs jar,for the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis patients,to observe the clinical curative effect,adverse reaction and safety,in order to get the best of the drugs jar operation technology promotion in clinical practice,promote the rehabilitation of the body and improve the quality of life of the patients.MethodsAccording to the inclusion criteria,123 rheumatoid arthritis patients in the group were divided into the observation group(the GubenTongbi drugs jar group)and the control group(the water jar group)according to the random method,of which 62 cases were in the observation group and 61 cases in the control group.The two groups were treated with routine nursing of rheumatoid arthritis,the control group on the basis of routine nursing,local implementation of water jar therapy in the treatment of knee pain,acupoints Zusanli,Xuehai,Yanglingquan,yinlingquan,Xiyangguan,every time can stay in 10 min,once a day,continuous treatment of a course of 7d.The observation group in the control group,use GubenTongbi drugs to boiled jars instead of water,including Radix 30 g,acanthopanax bark 30 g,Eucommia 30 g,Radix Aconiti 30 g,cassia twig 20 g,ripe monkshood 30 g,Achyranthes 20 g.Acupoints Yanglingquan,Zusanli,Xuehai,Yin Ling Quan,Xiyangguan,every time can stay in 10 min,once a day,continuous treatment of a course of 7d.Through the change of joint pain VAS score,ESR,C-reactive protein,synovial hyperplasia,synovial joint effusion,blood flow and other indicators were observed in two groups after the treatment,evaluation of curative effect of GubenTongbi drugs cupping therapy in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis,and at the same time,blood analysis,urine analysis,liver function,renal function,correlation the observation of adverse reactions as safety index.All data are processed by SPSS23.0 statistical software.ResultsParticipants: This study included 123 patients,with a drop case of 0,including 62 patients in the observation group and 61 patients in the control group.Baseline comparison: of the observation group and the control group of two groups of patients with age,sex,treatment of knee pain VAS score,synovial hyperplasia,synovial blood,joint effusion of data for statistical analysis,the numerical difference between the two group had no statistical significance(P>0.05),comparable.Clinical observation: in this study,there was statistical significance after treatment VAS pain score between the two groups of patients(P<0.001),compared with the water jar that GubenTongbi drugs jar has more advantages in terms of partial remission in patients with joint pain.C-reactive protein in the patients of the two groups after treatment there were statistically significant difference(P<0.05),suggesting that inflammation GubenTongbi drugs jar can significantly improve the local joint in patients,the value of C-reactive protein in the regulation of more significant effect.There was significant difference in the synovial blood flow between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05).This indicated that the GubenTongbi drugs jar could reduce the inflammatory response of the local joint and reduce the synovial blood flow.There was significant difference in the joint effusion between the two groups after treatment(P<0.001).This indicated that the GubenTongbi drugs jar could promote the absorption of inflammatory exudate,effectively reduce the joint cavity effusion and improve the symptoms.Two groups of patients after treatment of the ESR values than before treatment decreased,and the observation group than in the control group decreased more significantly,but after treatment between the two groups had no significant difference between erythrocyte sedimentation rate(P>0.05),speculation may be associated with a shorter duration of cupping therapy.There was no significant difference in the synovial hyperplasia between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).This indicated that the effect of the GubenTongbi drugs jar and the water jar on synovial hyperplasia was slower.The observation group and the control group each had 3 patients with small blisters after treatment,and the remaining 117 patients had no adverse reactions or adverse events.The blood analysis,urine analysis,liver function and renal function were monitored before and after the treatment.There were no abnormal changes except for the individual abnormalities before the treatment.ConclusionThe GubenTongbi drugs jar can significantly reduce pain,patients with rheumatoid arthritis serum C-reaction protein value,reduce blood flow,promote joint synovial joint effusion absorption,has the advantages of strong operability,good safety,obvious curative effect,less side effects,is worthy of promotion and application.
