Preoperative and postoperative Ishikawa score to evaluate the function of kneeandjoint pain VASL scoreResult All patients within1week after systemic and operation joint pain relieve2weeks after operatio VAS score ESR, CRP, RF decreased, compared with thepreoperative differences were statistically significant (P<0.05)3months after operation,38patients with ESR and CRP in the normal range,20Patients of RF≤30IU/ml,operation indices before and after comparison of the differences were statisticallysignificant (P<0.05). There was a significant difference in all the patients before and aftersurgeryESR, C reactive protein, rheumatoid factor3months after surgery, the excellentand good rate was85.2%(23/27)6months after surgery, the excellent and good rate was81.5%(22/27).Conclusion Arthroscopic synovectomy combined with drugs in the treatment ofrheumatoid arthritis in the recent curative effect, quick recovery, and can improvesymptoms.Figure7Table7, Reference96...
