Objective:To understand the differences in the mindfulness level,the self-feelingburden and the quality of life in breast cancer chemotherapy patients.To explore the status quo and related relationship between thel mindfulness leve,the burden of self-feeling and the quality of life of breast cancer chemotherapy patients,and improve breast cancer chemotherapy patients' quality of life,to provide empirical basis.Methods:This study was a noninvasive association study.Through the convenience of sampling method,in Jilin,three three first class and a second class hospital has been diagnosed with breast cancer chemotherapy for the subjects to conduct a questionnaire survey.In this study,350 questionnaires were distributed and 330 were recovered.Among them,297 valid questionnaires were valid and the effective recovery rate was 90%.Research tools include social demographic characteristics,mindfulness level scale,self-perception burden scale,and quality of life scale.Statistical analysis software(spss17.0)was used to analyze the valid questionnaires collected by statistical analysis such as variance analysis,t-test and correlation analysis.Result:(1)he total score of mindfulness level of breast cancer chemotherapy patients was 55.33±6.98,which was at the middle level,and the factors such as residence,education,medical payment,monthly income,surgical procedure,number of chemotherapy,disease staging,There was a significant difference(P<0.01).(2)The total burden of self-feeling of breast cancer patients was 57.95±7.89,at the middle level,age,place of residence,economic income,educational level,medical payment method,Operation situation,family relationship,disease staging,There were significant differences(P<0.01).(3)The total quality of life of patients with breast cancer chemotherapy was 78.83±9.64.In the residence,education,economic income,family relationship,medical payment,marital status,surgical procedure,number of chemotherapy,disease staging,There was a significant difference(P<0.05).(4)Correlation analysis between the three conclusions:mindfulness level and life quality were positively correlated(r = 0.769,P<0.01);mindfulness level and negative correlation between self feel burden(r = 0.719,P<0.01);negative correlation between self feel burden and the quality of life(r = 0.706,P<0.01).Conclusion:Mindfulness level,self feelings of burden affect life quality of breast cancer patients with chemotherapy,correlation between the three.In clinical nursing work,more mental health problems should pay attention to the breast cancer chemotherapy patients,targeted to develop psychological intervention measures,reduce the burden of patients self feels,eventually improve the life quality of patients.
